    I have been a customer of Fox Pest control for 5 years and although they would spray as expected we continually had bug issues. Whether it was the occasional water bug or the ant issues we would have every spring. When brought to their attention they would say they will take care of it next time and nothing was really handled by them. We would buy traps or sprays and the issue would go away without their help. This past spring on a visit their worker suggested I get a mosquito treatment that would handle some of these issues since it adds more chemicals to the yard. I thought it was a simple add on and not much more, it was another fee, which we took on and it seemed to be working. We were contacted not too long after this ( 1 treatment was applied to our property ) and it was a competing service that used a different method of treatment to the property for the same amount and I felt it was a better option for our home. So I switched after being a fox customer for 5 years but never being fully satisfied with their service. This came just over 1 month after adding this service to our plan. When I spoke with Fox about my cancellation they said there would be a $250 cancellation fee for this new service as well as a monthly fee that was missed due to a cancellation of a credit card on our account. In the months that followed I lost my job so it took some time to pay this fee ($116) to the account. But today I paid that amount through their portal and sent an email that informed them that as the person adding the yard service didn't explain it was a 2 year commitment, that it had only been added for about a month since I canceled I would not pay the $250 fee. They are threatening to send me to collections over this money for a service they did not render, or explain the implications when they added it to my account. It's not like they serviced for months on this I didn't pay for the service and then canceled. I started the service 5/11/23 and canceled by the end of the next. There was one yard service on 6/14/23 and that was it. One time they came to my property to apply this new treatment and I immediately canceled. That does not seem right to do to a customer of 5 years. I would watch if you have fox service in your home. Make sure they explain all services they add to your account and that you are very careful with their upsells, they add fees for things that are not done to your property and they stick you in contracts that they purposefully keep vague to trap you in their contracts. When I spoke with Preston at Fox pest control about this issue, he said they will need this fee, that they have a 3 day cancellation in place, which is simply ridiculous, that I had time to review this contract. Nowhere in my account is there a copy of this contract that they are relying on. There are pics of the last time at my property, but nothing about this contract, nor was I ever sent this contract. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY

    Do NOT trust Fox Pest Control! I have been a Fox Pest Control customer since 2019. Their tech came to my house to service my termite stations in June 2024. The tech removed all the termite stations from the front of my house and 50% from the right side. I called customer service to ask what happened and they were not sure. I took photos of the holes from the removed stations and photos so you can see the location at my house. I was told a different tech would come to my house to verify the issue. Her report seemed to validate my report. The Termite Mgr contacted me to say that he had gone to my to see the missing stations at the back and left side of my home. I told him that was not correct, the issue was not at the back it was at the front of my home. I took photos of the three "missing" termite stations on the left side of my home. and sent them to customer service with a report about the Termite Mgr's wrong report. The Termite Mgr, Marquel, called me a few days later because of my report. He repeated that my report was wrong and when I tried to dispute him. He said I didn't know what I was talking about. I told him I know what is happening in my own yard. I contacted customer service to complain about Marquel and the lack of assistance in fixing my original issue. I informed Fox Pest Control they were not allowed on my property without me being present. I made another attempt to resolve this issue but when I received a bill for the BAD service that had been disputed since it happened. I contacted Fox Pest by phone and email to cancel my termite and home pest service. The Customer Service rep asked if she could contact the Office Manager, I agreed. I received a voicemail stating that she was canceling my termite service but wanted to keep my home service open. A week later I received another $340 bill for the disputed termite service. I contacted Customer Service again and was told they performed the termite service, whether it was bad service or not, so I had to pay for the full service despite them removing a third of my stations with no explanation. When I questioned why I would pay for bad service, I was told, "There is no service guarantee." Don't waste your money giving it to FOX Pest. Go to a reputable company that has a history of REAL service.

    Just bought a home in Suffolk that has been serviced by this company for the past few years for pest control, termites included. Well literally as soon as I moved in I noticed termite tracks in the garage. Called the company and they said the previous owners were on a plan to prevent termites and with regular inspections they never noticed anything. Like I'm no professional but if I can spot obvious termite tracks as soon as I walked in how can you guys not when that's what you do for a living. And what was the point of being on "a monthly service plan" if that didn't even prevent termites and you guys didn't even inspect the home when you came out. Personally I think good customer service would be to treat it free of charge since you guys failed to do your job in the first place. Don't use this company.

Miss Sandy the CEO called and apologized to me for the unsatisfactory workmanship of the two men that was sent to my home to replace the fallen insulation and or missing sections of our crawl space. I thanked her for taking time out of her busy schedule to respond. She appeared very concerned the job was not done right the first time. and vowed to make amends. She sent the two men's Supervisor Mr. Keenan out to perform a quality check of the work that had been sent to do. When he exited the crawl space,we sat to discus what he observed. He explained the condition the condition it was left it in, and it highly upset him, for they had not done the job satisfactory and he qualified that was not a not a representation of her business practice. She takes pride in her company and likes to have satisfied customers. Mr. Keenan took pictures to show Miss Sandy and guaranteed he would make it right to my satisfaction. We had paid a nice price for a nice job which fell short in every way. Today September 6, two men, Jasen and Alex showed up on time between 8::00 and 9:00 as scheduled, with the proper materials to complete what should have been done by the previous men. He rang my doorbell and introduced himself and stated they were here to restore what was necessary to keep our home cool in the Summer and warm in the Winter and without further a-due went right to work. Now I we are late Senior Citizens, so I could not join them two see what they did, so Jasen provided me with before and after pictures to show a nice view as well as explained what he and his counter partner had done. From those photos, it appeared they had met my satisfaction for a job well done. Before Jasen and Alex left, they cleaned up the area and carried away all the old sagging and deteriorated insulation. In addition Mr. Keene had returned a check Miss Sandy gave him to reimbursed me for the HVAC service done. I had to pay to call a service man to service my AC unit, which he found in excellent working order. I did not expect this, but that showed me she took pride in her company and wanted to make amends. You can read the condition the other two men left the crawl space in in my previous review. I take back my previous unsatisfactory rating of this company and wish to change the overall to five stars. Miss Sandy was very polite with me and it shows she take pride in her company , by the action she took. I also have this company doing my pest control. I also stated the you lady had put poison control boxes in with my food storage cabinets. Miss Sandy explains they were not poison, but contained a sticky substance to capture the insects for coming out again and will be change out quarterly and spray.ed This put my Wife and me at ease. I will be renewing my Pest Control Contract with this company at years end. Therefore, I now recommend this company to all. If you happen to be unsatisfied with calling them, rest assured the owner, Miss Sandy will make it right when brought to her attention. If you need pest control, call Pest Out. This company, will treat you right. Tell them Joe sent you.
