After going through 3 different dealerships, we came to Enterprise and they couldn't have made the process easier and simpler. On my first round with them, Jose helped me find a vehicle. He went above and beyond to work with me and my foot hadn't even hit the door yet. Over the course of a week, he scoured the inventory across several locations and worked with a very picky Yelper finding him vehicle after vehicle. We landed on a Chevy Spark that, while it seemed nice, I just wasn't sold on. At that point, I needed a break from car shopping, so I thanked him for his time and told him I'd let him know when I get back to it. Flash forward a month. I get to a decent point and hop back onto the hunt. Unfortunately, Jose wasn't available the day I walked in. John was the first rep to greet me and was just as helpful, friendly and professional. It's clear that Enterprise treats you like a genuine person and there's no pressure for anything. They make sure everything is clear from the beginning and will work with you on getting car payments as low as they can for you. I walked away with a 2019 Nissan Sentra with 60,000 miles and I couldn't recommend Enterprise more.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience with this dealership…read more In October, I sold my Hyundai Elantra to the dealership for $500 as part of purchasing a Toyota Corolla. Months later, I received notice of an insurance claim involving the Elantra because it had been in an accident. That was shocking, considering I no longer owned the vehicle. After looking into the situation, I was informed that the dealership had never transferred the title out of my name. As a result, I was left dealing with the consequences of a vehicle I had sold months earlier. What has been even more frustrating is the complete lack of communication. I have spent months trying to get someone at the dealership to help resolve this issue. Each time I call, I'm told someone will contact me, but no one ever does. I even reached out directly to the general manager by email and still received no response. Mistakes can happen, but what matters is how they're handled. Unfortunately, this dealership has shown little urgency or accountability in resolving an issue that has the potential to seriously impact a customer's insurance and legal responsibilities. I hope this review encourages the dealership to address situations like this more promptly and prevents other customers from having a similar experience.

When I contacted Universal Nissan and told them where we wanted to be on price they asked if we could come into the dealership that day if they could get to our dollar amount and I said yes, they came back within minutes at only $100 above what we wanted to pay out the door. We drove to Orlando the next day and met with Albert Martinez who was awesome. Albert had our truck waiting at the front entrance for us, all shinny and ready to go. We were in and out within an hour, all with no surprises and no hidden fees, the price that they quoted us on the phone was the price that we paid. We have bought dozens of vehicles in our life time and this was the smoothest transaction by far. On a side note, one of the other dealerships was so shocked by the price that we got from Universal Nissan that she said she was going to try and find the dealership and buy all their cars and put them on her lot. Bottom line, if you need a new Nissan do yourself a favor and call Universal Nissan and ask for Albert, you won't be disappointed .

My husband and I visited Universal Nissan on 8/2/26 and went through the usual process of…read morecompleting the pre-application, viewing vehicles, and discussing our options. Afterward, the sales staff sat us down while they worked with the financing team. After waiting approximately 10-15 minutes, they came back and told us that we would have to wait until Monday because the banks were closed and there was nothing further they could do that day. We completely understood and had no problem waiting. We were told that someone would contact us with an update regarding the financing decision. Unfortunately, we never heard back from anyone. What makes this situation even more frustrating is that our credit reports were subsequently hit with multiple hard inquiries from the dealership/lenders on Sunday, Monday, and Tuesday. We were never given any explanation or update regarding these inquiries or the status of our financing application. Meanwhile, other salespeople from the dealership continued reaching out to both my husband and me multiple times, asking how our experience went and whether we had any questions. We politely explained each time that we were simply waiting for an answer regarding the financing. Despite this, no one ever followed up with us regarding the decision we had been promised. At this point, I understand that no answer is an answer. However, the way this was handled was extremely unprofessional. Whether the financing decision was a yes or a no, we deserved the courtesy of being informed. We were told someone would follow up with us, and they never did. What is especially disappointing is that while we were left completely in the dark about the status of our application, multiple hard inquiries were being added to both of our credit reports over several days. If our credit was going to be pulled by multiple lenders, we should have at least received communication regarding what was happening with our application. If the dealership is going to have people repeatedly reach out to customers asking about their experience and whether they have questions, then those questions should actually be addressed. Instead, we were left waiting with no meaningful communication while our credit was being impacted by multiple inquiries. Our experience with Universal Nissan was extremely disappointing. We expected basic communication, transparency, and professionalism, and unfortunately, we did not receive any of those things.
