Parking was easy, free, and conveniently located to all the festivities which is a huge plus. This is also one of the few local markets where I've actually seen a large selection of fresh produce and and farm goods available. It was refreshing to see so many people bring their market bags on wheels, wagons, etc. ready to purchase fresh fruits & veggies and support our local farmers. Beautiful watermelons, tomatoes, papaya, lettuces, corn, peppers, zucchini, and more. There's a good mix of vendors ranging from jewelry and handcrafted goods to food trucks and specialty food items. We got mango coladas, mango flower with tajin, breakfast tacos, and of course, kettle corn. Huge plus that there is the downtown splash pad for all the kids to play right in the middle of all the action. It was a HOT one and this was a great way for my little guy to cool off and burn some energy while we sat and enjoyed our food. If you have kids, I highly suggest they wear their swimsuits and bring some towels to dry off.

Restrooms close by and lots of different food options. This last time we came the rain was coming so they were packing up real fast. We got there around 12, and they close at 1 but closed a little bit earlier so I just quick walked through. It is def worth checking out on a Saturday morning. Views of some great local vendors and dogs make make me happy.

There are various small eateries and shops, and the price range can be a bit high as they are boutiques. However, the quality is great at every place I went. Crooked Can had great beer, loved the oysters at Bruno's, and the dessert at David Ramirez was sinfully good! The people at the booths were very nice and professional. I definitely want to try Norigami sushi next time I visit. There is occasional events and entertainment at the facility. When I was there, a guitarist was playing at the brewery. I was able to find parking in the back, and it was free and relatively easy. This is a fun and great marketplace in Winter Garden. I need to visit there more often. Overall: A

Okay, while this was only the Opening Night of the new Farmers Market, from what I saw, this is…read moregoing to be great and rival any Famers Market in the area! As we drove into the area, we could see the tents and lights and it was obvious from the getgo that this was going to be a serious market. There was plenty of space to park, and all close to the market. We arrived about 10 minutes after it opened and it was already busy with customers. There were a lot of vendors, from face painting to candied almonds to all the different salsas, barbecue sauces, and jewelry; there were a few food vendors, I thought there would be more, but hey, it's the first one. They Apopka Police Department had a demonstration of their K9 unit which was awesome! My favorite thing, though, was the fact that they had produce- which is the whole point of a farmers market in the first place! So many fruits and vegetables, and really good prices, cheaper than any of the local grocery stores. Plus, they had a fresh seafood dealer, and talk about fresh- I just wish you could eat it there- but I purchased some Stone Crab Claws and took them home and they were delicious! For the first one, I was very impressed, and I am sure it will even get better from here. I highly suggest you check it out, every Thursday from 5:30 to 8:30!

Expired havarti cheeses were being sold for 50% off with a expiration date of April 10,2026. Whole raw milk ( not fit for human consumption ) is selling for 16.99 - 21.99 a gallon; which is significantly more expensive than other raw milk sellers in lake/ Orange County. Meat prices are listed as $/lb; but all frozen meat beef, chicken lamb, duck, pork only comes in more than 1 pound packages.They sell more prepackaged foods in Plastic than glass or paper packaging, than they did in the past. They have 1 small bison, 2-Emu, 2-Bramaha cows, 1-llama(recently sheared), ducks, and chicken to look at and pet if you want to. Sadly it looks like end stage Capitalism is happening at Lake Meadow Farm too. They seem to be more interested in profits than they do in customer satisfaction and customer service. They carry lafermière yougurt at 5.99 a container while target charges $3.19, and a instant charges $3.49. On on a sidenote, they do have little placards along the walkway from the parking lot to the store where you could put your child's face on a picture and show them as being a cow or a farmer if you choose. in retrospect, they used to always be expenses but now they're just ridiculously expensive. I hope you enjoy this review and if Lake Meadows wants to continue in business and not go under, they may wanna look at investment brokers to invest in their farm so that they can sell off the property and then close it off for a profit.

Today my love and I stopped at Paloma coffee across the street for a little fuel for the stroll. The market is not huge by any means but does have a decent amount of vendors. I'd say it also has a nice variety of booths. There are prepared food vendors, fresh produce, meat and seafood, soaps, jewelry, candles, etc. Our favorites are Pochos Mango juices and Oh My Guac. Definitely recommend getting the Lulo juice and the ceviche! Also love the fish dips and pickles and jalapeños from Captain Jo's! Today we met Michel owner of La Petite Ferme Goat Milk Soap. What a joy it was to hear about his products and goats! I love supporting local small businesses and meeting the owners at these markets is always so great. Can't wait to try our new soaps!

Perhaps it'll get bigger as time goes on. Right now, they usually have the massage/spa place (Indigo Spa & Wellness), as well as a variety of homemade goods and food, like honey, banana bread, empanadas, and cheese. They also sell produce. There's plenty of parking along the street, and you don't have to fight the crowds of the other farmer's markets. I'd recommend checking it out, especially if you live in the Summerport/Independence area. The only downside is that it's from 10 AM - 2 PM, which is when it's hot. They seem to change the times occasionally, so check out the Facebook page to confirm the market's times.

I tried researching about the market, and found out that it was supposed to be on Sundays at 10am-2pm. I wasn't able to go last weekend because of the hurricane. Here we are today, 9/17 at 11am and there's no farmers market. I checked their Facebook and there was nothing posted. On Google and here on Yelp, they are open today during the mentioned times. I read someone else's review and she mentioned that they change their times? I'm not sure what's going on with it but I give up. I'd rather just keep going to the Winter Garden farmers market on Saturdays.

The town of Windermere is an upscale enclave west of Orlando that has a great small-town feel…read moredespite being in a large metropolitan area. Despite the small-town feel, it has all of tge amenities close enough by. You have shopping, restaurants and easy access to major highways all close by, yet you are able to keep that small-town vibe. The downtown area is also worth mentioning as it just adds to the small-town feel Windermere is a very cool community.
