Before the whitening treatment, I received a very thorough teeth cleaning. The hygienist was gentle and did an excellent job. The whitening process itself was highly comfortable, and I felt completely relaxed the whole time. An unexpected bonus was the high-tech diagnostic process. They took detailed three dimensional scans that mapped out my teeth, jaw, and skull. The doctor took the time to go over the images with me, explaining how my teeth and jaw alignment connect to my overall health. It was fascinating to learn so much during what was supposed to be a simple cosmetic visit. The customer service is outstanding, and the technology they use is impressive. The front desk team Ashley, Sandy, and Johnny were so welcoming, which immediately made the whole experience feel different. I am not always a fan of going to the dentist but it was lovely. Also, I believe there was only one other patient there while I was waiting to go in. Everyone took the time to explain my X-rays and talk me through my teeth in a way that actually made sense. They truly go through a whole process of scanning your head to see 3D figures to not just talk teeth but also things that have an effect on the mouth. Dr. Lebo was incredibly thorough and hygienist Debby finished everything off perfectly; she polished my teeth off to make them whiter than usual. Instead of stress, there were essential oils, warm hand treatments with a hot towel, Netflix playing in the background, and an overall spa-like experience that genuinely shocked me. I was completely relaxed the entire time. They made sure I understood everything, checked in the entire time, and genuinely cared about making me feel comfortable. I recently discussed dentists with a friend and realized I had never shared my experience publicly. In fact, I had written down most of my thoughts shortly after the events occurred but never got around to posting them. I also want to clarify that my concern was never whether a procedure was covered by insurance. My concern was that I often felt encouraged toward higher-cost treatments without receiving explanations that gave me confidence they were necessary. For example, when I was told I needed a deep cleaning, I don't recall being given a clear explanation based on the condition of my teeth at the time beyond the fact that I had received one previously. Regarding the Invisalign issue, my frustration was not the outcome itself, but how it was handled. I raised concerns beforehand, incurred additional expense afterward, and felt dismissed when I returned seeking help. I also noticed that your response did not address one of the main points in my review: the way additional services were often presented as being "free" or costing very little because they could be applied against the $150 deposit or membership credit I had already paid. Regardless of intent, that approach never felt transparent to me and contributed significantly to my loss of trust in the practice. The offices are beautiful (especially the Beverly Hills location), the staff is friendly, and the reviews are stellar. Unfortunately, after being a patient for several months, I completely lost trust in the practice and ultimately switched dentists. A few examples: 1) The upselling and pricing explanations never sat right with me. One of the first recommendations I received was for a deep cleaning, which is significantly more expensive than a standard cleaning. When I asked why it was necessary, the primary explanation seemed to be that I had received one in the past. Maybe there were legitimate reasons, but I never felt like I received a clear explanation based on the actual condition of my teeth and gums. In fact, the hygienist also said she could not do a standard cleaning because she could 'be held liable'. I was shocked. More broadly on more than one occasion, I often felt pressured to add services and then told they were essentially "free" or "only a few dollars" because the charges could be applied against my $150 deposit or membership credit. That logic never made sense to me. It's still my money. It felt like the office would recommend additional treatments and then use money I had already paid to make the cost sound insignificant. The whole thing felt more like a sales tactic than transparent healthcare pricing. What really made me question things was when I showed my treatment plan and charges to a few dentist friends. Several of them were surprised by some of the extra fees and told me those were things many dentists typically don't charge for separately. I understand every office is different, but by that point it was hard not to feel like the practice was looking for every opportunity to bill for something. 2) I lost confidence after a crown procedure. Before getting a crown, I specifically told the dentist that I used Invisalign and even brought my trays with me. I was assured the crown would be shaped so my trays would still fit afterward. The crown itself was fine, but my Invisalign trays no longer fit. I ended up having to spend hundreds of dollars and significant time getting new trays made. To make matters worse, the office later told me they would try to help by providing a complimentary scan. Based on that conversation, I made a special trip back to the office, only to be told when I arrived that they couldn't do it after all. The whole interaction felt very dismissive. No one seemed particularly concerned that I had made the trip based on their earlier assurances, and there was little effort to take accountability for the situation. 3) The stellar reviews make more sense now. Patients are offered complimentary services (such as fluoride treatments) in exchange for leaving a review, and you're asked to show the review before receiving the free service. While everyone is free to leave whatever review they want, it definitely made me view the overwhelmingly positive ratings a little differently. To be fair, the office is beautiful and many of the employees are genuinely kind. But between the upselling, the Invisalign issue, the communication problems, and the review incentives, I ultimately decided to take my dental care elsewhere.

After the procedure the abscess I had previously literally vanished before I had even gotten home. Its hard to trust people in this town. Lots of fake actors... but this is the real deal. I promise you they're 20/10 level of "we care about you". Btw I am not an influencer and no one has asked me to write this review, this is coming from the absolute bottom of my heart for this company. This is the worst experience I have ever had at any dental office…read more Do yourself a favor, don't waste your thoughts, your time, your money, and especially your dental health to this office. There is nothing special here, they spend their time creating Instagram videos to lure people in. But the doctor doesn't actually do the work, he is the salesperson, once Sam Saleh sells you and takes payment, then the damage starts. Two other dentists you never heard of or were introduced to actually come in and do the work. You never see "the salesman" except for a few quick looks and then gone again. Now, lets talk about their actual work. I came in for 3 crowns and 1 veneer. The 4 front teeth (7-10) I have had work on this area from a few different dentists as it was from an accident as a child, I am 47 now and have seen many dentists over the years. I came here like most, sold by the internet marketing and all the AI videos showing the final results of their "supposed" work. Some other dentist came in and started prepping me, I never met her or was told someone else would actually do the work. She was very nice, like all of them, nice at first. They made the temporaries, those looked great, so I had high hopes that driving from Newport Beach to Beverly Hills was worth it. Was I wrong, when I went back 3 weeks later for the final work, it was completely messed up. Nothing like the temporaries or anything we talked about. All their "in house" dental lab did, was scan the old work I had and copy and print the exact same work. But they looked worse than what I had. I got to see the actual doctor again, Sam, and he also was not happy with the work. So, now once again back in temporaries. Each time you have to visit this office, it is a 10 hour day, 3 hours to drive in traffic there nd back, Beverly Hills is not an easy area to get to at any time of the day, plus pay to park. And I know a lot of people are flying in, save your money and your future negative thoughts. Your local dentist has better capabilities than this office, a real dental lab who works with many offices does a much better job than any in house lab can do and I had to learn the hard way. Back in my temporaries. The work was to be completed before I left on vacation for 2 months, which I could not change due to the dental office errors. I had to sit in temporaries for those 2 months and when I got back, they made me wait another month to get back into the office for the finals. Now that they were paid in full. When I got back in Sept 2025, I went to the office, another dentist came in to cement the finals, first Dr. Saleh put vaseline in with the finals to see if they looked ok to me, he took me outside to see and from there they looked ok, it was hard to tell since vaseline was all over the gum area, but at this point, I wanted something final in and I said ok to putting them in. At the end, your gums are so tight from all the numbing, you can't really tell if the work is done correctly. After leaving, I noticed one tooth was longer than the other. When I went to my regular dentist for a cleaning and that office wanted to see their final work, immediately my dentist said, no, no, I can see right when you walked in that the colors don't match each other, you look like you have a gap and one front tooth is longer than the other. Then he looked inside my mouth, and that's when they discovered the open margin. I originally thought it was leftover cement. Dr. Sam Saleh's other dentist didn't seal the crown properly and most likely both that dentist and Dr. Saleh saw this open margin and just ignored it, hoping a year would pass and they wouldn't be liable anymore. I confronted them about the open margin with a second opinion from a prosthetic dentist. He noted the 1mm open margin, said it was sub standard according to what he saw and what the Dental Board would agree with. I asked for a refund of $3500, this is what I paid per tooth. Dr. Sam Saleh did offer to give me the refund, but they wanted me to sign away their liability to all the dental work and I could not write any disparaging reviews. $3500 per tooth I paid, and that was after they negotiated from $4500 per tooth. Just go to your local dentist, stay in your area, if it is not done to your satisfaction, you will need to go back and forth at your cost.
