This is a great little local coffee shop in uptown Butte. I come here and honestly only get the Oro Fino specialty latte simply for the Mexican chocolate flavor! The lady making the drinks does a great job, and I always smile at the finished artwork when handed the drink. There's not a whole lot of seating tables, and my three visits this trip home has found the place pretty busy. The vibe here is artsy with the building having a gallery and printing press. Spent one night in Butte and decided to check out the downtown with the farmers market, which was huge and impressive. Amazingly found this wonderful coffee shop with a very good vibe and a nice gentleman made my husband a 16 ounce hot chai tea latte and I had a 16 ounce latte. Both with whole milk. I would give this cafe ten stars if I could! Best matcha latte in all of Butte! The space is beautiful, and part of the Imagine Butte Resource Center. The space has huge windows and it strikes me as a great place to read or work. The merch is really nice -- and the bartender who made my matcha latte was so kind. We has a wonderful conversation about writing, bars and cafes to check out in Butte, and so much more. I really loved this Matcha Latte in particular because it wasn't sweet. Aster I bought it, I was able to go check out an art exhibition and a framing shop where handmade prints and cards and other cool things are sold. I can't wait to go back and try the other menu items! But for any fellow matcha lovers -- this cafe is it! Ps. They sell houseplants to raise money for a really good cause. read more

Overall this definitely seems to be the best place for coffee in Butte. It's a very cute shop that shares adjacent space with an art gallery and printmaking outfit which gives it a fun artsy vibe. Staff were awesome and you can see there is a consistent stream of people through the door. Had picked up coffee elsewhere and dumped it out before coming here for another try. Glad we did because overall it was good. Coming from a coffee snob, the latte was a little watery and the beans weren't my favorite. If you are searching and from out of town, would definitely recommend coming by here. read more

After a tough valentine's day, I decided to spoil myself with a mocha, and I found this little coffee shop. I was expecting to pay at least $5 for a 12 oz mocha, so I was floored when I only paid around $3! The barista was extremely courteous, and she made sure to repeat my order so there was no confusion. The lack of carpeting or hardwood floors gives the shop a construction grunge feel, which I liked. I stumbled onto this coffee shop on a cold rainy afternoon. A warm pick me up was just the ticket! I got one of their specialty coffees with rosemary, vanilla and lavender (funky I know) but it was fantastic. The second time I was there I got my usual so I could compare accurately (triple iced americano with white chocolate) it was a little bitter, and the espresso tasted a bit burnt. My friend got a plain drip coffee and it was FANTASTIC and so much better then my espresso. The reason I deducted stars is 1. I felt it was very expensive compared to other places (My usual is about 2.50-3.00, here it was 4.00) 2. I was also disappointed that the espresso tasted burnt. If you are a fan of Strabucks you will love it. I highly recommend a plain drip coffee. read more

We were just passing through Butte on our way to Glacier National Park, when we had a craving for some coffee. With a quick google search we found Oro Fino Coffee. I'm so glad we stopped by, the coffee was great and the service was amazing. Meegan did a splendid job explaining the house drinks and providing us with a little local Butte Montana insights! My first stop this morning was to a place that I know from other Montana towns, then I thought, there's got to be something else. Yelp led me to this little gem in Uptown. Stopped in while waiting to pick up my daughter. The customers represent the wonderful people of Butte, America. Kind, personable and chatty. And of course, since it's small town Montana, I heard the Barista chatting with a customer about the customer's mom's shop in Ennis, and of course it turns out we have mutual friends across the state. Next time I'm in, I promise to get the namesake drink, the OroFino. This is another fine example of why we love Butte. One of my most favorite coffee shops I've tried. Very good drinks and the baristas are always friendly. Small place but still comfy.

The barista was very sweet. Just a nice, small, and quaint coffee shop. It was nice being able to walk around in the building looking at the art they had. It was good coffee but nothing special. However, there were stickers and punch cards, which as a young adult I just love those things! Would recommend and return. read more
