The food was great and I loved the avocado toast. The price was fair and the serving was rather large, and I'm surprised I finished it all. It felt healthy and bountiful, and my server was friendly. [[HIGHLIGHT]]However, the ambiance was very strange. The casino in the same building is a little uncomfortable and the high ceilings, mirrors, and low lighting make it feel utterly like a dinner restaurant.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]It was disquieting to eat breakfast in there.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]Also, I didn't like their choice of ceramic plates, the silverware made abrasive, awful noises scraping the plate.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] In conclusion, great food, odd vibes.

Love that you can get the burrito in bowl form

Parked in the parking structure across the street and used the app to pay for parking, only $1/hr. There is free parking in front and surrounding the restaurant as well. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Outside area was clean and inviting.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Entered through the doors and to the right is the restaurant. Approached the Host stand and waited to be seated. I was waiting for my friend so I waited a few minutes then I asked for a booth. Jager was very friendly and asked if we wanted anything to drink. Hailey was our server and was very friendly and knowledgeable. She took our orders and made sure that my food did not have onions in it. She was quick and checked on us as well. Gino is a very friendly guy and he would constantly check on us, offering to clear our dishes or fill our drinks. I ordered the Big Butte in burrito form and added chorizo to it. The burrito was very flavorful and I enjoyed the ratio of egg and meat with potatoes. Sometimes I get burritos at places and they stuff it with potatoes to make it full and skimp on the meat. Not this place. I was pleasantly surprised. The bacon was yummy. I ordered it extra crispy but not burnt and they came out just as I requested. Most places either burn it or they don't make it very crispy. The bacon was a decent thickness and not the flimsy cheap stuff. You can tell they use fresh, quality ingredients here. My friend got a similar item but in a bowl instead of a burrito. I LOVE that they offer this as an option. They have some great items on their menu. I also enjoyed the fact that the Chef/Owner, Vinay, would go around to the tables and chat with the guests to ensure everything was tasting good and answer any questions. You can tell he has a passion for cooking and wants to be sure everyone is truly enjoying his food. He is also creative and has some variety on his menu. I love the Indian food offerings paying tribute to his culture. Next time I return, I want to try the Butter Chicken Bowl. The customer service here is top notch and everyone was super friendly. They welcome you and make you feel like family. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The place is clean, well lit, and a great atmosphere.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] You can even get drinks from the place next to them and have those with your meal. I will definitely be returning here next time I'm in town and will be sure to tell everyone I know about it, especially if they are traveling that way. Just be sure to check their hours since they are open 7am-2pm and are closed on Mon and Tues. as of 6/5/25.

Great breakfast. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The restaurant was clean[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]], the food was good and hot. The service was terrific, our coffee cups were never empty and they also kept the water carafe filled. Definitely a repeat breakfast place.

Returned after a wonderful brunch experience with the eggs Benedict. Been wanting to try one of the Indian dishes. Ordered the Butter chicken which was perfect for my taste. It wasn't overly sweet or overly creamy. It was surprisingly light. Very flavorful. The waitstaff is friendly and efficient. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The tables are adequately spaced apart.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] The chef clearly takes personal pride in his fare and comes out to the dining room to elicit feedback from customers. Top notch experience both times I've visited. Highly recommend.

Great service with excellent food selection. Went there for breakfast before going to the ski area and was ready for the slopes.

When I first moved here, I was lucky enough to eat at the original M&M many times before the fire…read more It was beautiful, I always admired it's original mahogany bar and all the memorabilia of it's historical significance in this town. Many of the presidents ate there while they toured through the US and several A list celebrities as well. It was a beautiful space and it will forever be missed. Lucky for us, Selina, the owner opened again just next door. She even recently hung the old neon sign back up that was saved by the brave men and women of the Butte Silver Bow Fire Department during the fire. The first thing I ever had there was the Miner's Omelette which, as you can imagine, is very hearty with sirloin, onions, peppers and cheese. I also really enjoyed their country fried steak and they have excellent, classic diner style hash browns as well. Really grateful that the fire, although extremely damaging, took no lives and harmed no persons. Recently I looked into the pit of what remains of the old M&M and in the rubble, purple flowers were blooming. It was a nice little reminder or resilience and how life always finds a way.

We arrived at M&M just before 7 PM. There was a crowd outside for their weekly live music event…read moreand surprisingly there were a few tables available inside. We were excited to try it since it was one of four spots recommended by the visitor center. We had originally been looking for a historical venue, but since the original building had unfortunately burned down, we decided to go and try their recommended steak special. Our party of four ordered the steak special, the country fried chicken steak, the lobster roll, and the pork sandwich. My husband and I shared the steak special which was very good, and the the lobster roll. The prices were fair overall (though we did notice some unmentioned upcharges on the bill). The lobster roll was okay although I wouldn't order again. Our friends ordered the country fried chicken steak and the pork sandwich. The pork sandwich was a big disappointment. The meat felt like processed, pressed meat, and my friend only ate half of it. The service was a deal breaker. Just as I took my last bite, an employee named Roxanne (who wasn't even our server) marched up to our table. She aggressively asked to clear our plates and pack up our food, stating that a lady in a mobility scooter needed our exact table. To be absolutely clear: we were a party of four, and this was a standard table--not a designated, accessible handicap table. When I pointed out to Roxanne that one of our companions was still eating his meal, she completely ignored it and doubled down, clearing plates and asking again to pack food. Feeling incredibly uncomfortable and rushed, my companion just gave up and stopped eating right there. Forcing paying guests to abandon their meals at a standard table of four to quickly flip it is entirely unacceptable. We were there less than one hour. The lady in the scooter moved to the bar when we left. This left such a terrible taste in our mouths that we will never return and absolutely DO NOT recommend.

I ended up getting the three egg breakfast, with linked sausage, hash browns and a couple lemon ricotta pancakes. My friend got two eggs, the huckleberry French toast and pork linked sausage. First, let's start with the positive notes. The place was clean, there dining room was big with plenty of open tables, our server was super nice and we were seated right away, the food was good for the most part. My over medium eggs were perfectly done, my lemon ricotta pancakes were delicious but the entire experience was ruined when the server brought out the bottle of TABLE SYRUP instead of maple syrup! I realize this is a small business but I haven't eaten Mrs Butterworth syrup since I was like a child. Anyway, the pancakes were fluffy, delicious and perfectly done, the sausage however had a soft mildly off-putting texture and the hash browns seemed old and had no flavor. I would come here again but not for the hash browns or table syrup.
