The other decided to ghost me when I asked to confirm their license number before giving them my address. Both overquoted me. I found Luis on Yelp and third time was the charm. The website was well-maintained and their license number was active so I decided to fill-out the form and hope I got a response. A few hours later, I got a text from Luis to schedule a time to come by for a free estimate. He was so professional, advised me of potential damage to our sprinkler system, and quoted me a super reasonable price for the tree removal and stump grinding - actually several hundred dollars less than the previous quotes I got. Luis and his crew arrived on time the following week. They were so fast, did an exquisite job removing the tree, and the stump grinding was flawless.
