He requested my address, used Google Maps to inspect the roof remotely, and we quickly scheduled a full gutter cleaning. The service included complete removal of debris from the roof and gutters, a thorough rinse of the entire gutter system, flushing all downspouts to ensure proper drainage, and photos and videos of the completed work sent directly to my phone. Here's where things got even better. While cleaning the gutters, Joshua noticed several roof tiles that were cracked or out of place likely the real source of our leak. After the service was completed, I observed debris remaining in multiple sections of the gutter system and took photographs documenting my concerns. Based on what I observed, I did not believe the entire gutter system had been fully cleaned as described in the scope of work. I contacted the company on the day of the service and requested a follow-up visit. Although a return visit was discussed, it ultimately never took place, and my concerns regarding the completeness of the cleaning were never fully addressed. Because of this, I did not feel the work fully matched my expectations for a complete gutter cleaning. To be fair, ASF did perform significant work, including gutter repairs and cleaning in other areas, and the company ultimately worked with me to reach a mutually agreed resolution of the matter. Future customers may wish to inspect the gutters carefully after service and document any concerns promptly.

This is a problem, because: 1. Each time I emailed, a different person answered. Probably 20 emails over 1 week were arranged before I could get a quote and schedule cleaning. Because emails would usually arrive late at night or around 2-4AM, I guessed the emailers were located outside of the US. 2. Phone calls are not effective. Email info could easily have been conveyed in a 5-minute phone call, but when I called, the representative didn't know anything about scheduling. 3. A third-party cleaner comes to your house. This means there isn't consistency in quality. The cleaners complained that there was too much work and that it would take a 2-person team 4 hours to do the work (clean 1.5 bathrooms, put about less than 10 dishes in the dishwasher). One worker did dishes only during this time (at $40/hr, that's about $4/dish). The other cleaned the bathrooms. And of course they finished in less than 1 hour. 4. Communication with the third-party cleaner was poor. After all the time I spent emailing about what would be included, none of the details they asked about were conveyed. This was part of the time I paid for, because 1 worker called their supervisor to try to get out of doing the work.

Always wanted to get them done and other businesses were booked out till winter with no availability. Woke up one morning, and thought we definitely need to get our windows cleaned so I contacted several businesses and Golden State window responded within 15 minutes. He said he had a slot open for late afternoon and the price was so fair and reasonable. I couldn't refuse. Jose and the crew came out cleaned 33 windows inside and out including scrubbing, wiping and vacuuming the inside tracks. We were so pleased with the service, we decided to go with Jose and replace all 33 screens as well. He even installed metal tabs so we can easily lift the screens out as needed. The job began on Wednesday and was completed by the following Monday. I actually got a call back three days later from another company, but they were too late.
