Daniel is the Mattress expert! Daniel was so welcoming and attentive. As soon as I walked in he greeted me and asked how my day was. I loved that I wasn't rushed or pressured to buy. I was definitely unsure to purchase because I wanted the perfect mattress to help my back pain. DO NOT buy an Ortho mattress. I bought a single mattress and had to warranty the mattress twice within 8 months!! They will attempt to deny any warranty claim - even if their source who tests the mattress' integrity, a third party mattress inspector, reports that it is a defective mattress. I experienced this issue twice, and both times, Linda G. in the warranty dept attempted to deny the mattress warranty due to a "faulty" box spring - the box springs and foundation were brand new (the Mattress Inspectors report conveyed box springs and foundations are not the source of the mattress sagging - see picture). Luckily, I had requested a copy of the inspection report and forwarded it to upper management. I had to jump through stressful loops for 90-days on both warranties, to finally have them honor the warranty. Trust me, DO NOT PURCHASE from Ortho: save yourself the time, money, and headache.... read more

I would give this company a -5 star if possible. The mattress we purchased ( $ 2000.00 ) broke down within a month. The 10 year warranty is is a joke ! They replaced the mattress and the same thing happened. They told me because the mattress was replaced it no longer had a warranty. When I tried to contact them again I got no response. I put a complaint to at BBB and they did replace the mattress for the third time, the delivery paperwork said it was a courtesy replacement and came with no warranty. The mattress is horrible. Breaking down on all sides to the point you slide off if you sit on the side. Customer service will ignore any issue. DO NOT SHOP AT THIS COMPANY ! read more

I bought a Sherwood Mattress from SitnSleep last week, LOVE IT!!! It is so comfortable, The Honor, way less expensive than the Ortho Club Signature and much more comfortable. Delivery men wore gloves, nice, neat, clean and easy. I will be calling Salvation Army to come and pick up the Ortho brand and then I will be done with that company. Purchased a full size wood frame 2 years ago, the frame broke 3 months ago. (10 year warranty over $400) Reached out to Ortho and they pretty much told me to F off. They said warranty was void because I put a foot stool underneath and some tie downs to keep it together so my son could sleep it on it. I waited a few months to report it due to covid-19. They don't stand by their product. I was going to purchase a new cal-king from them, but they will never get another penny from me. read more

It's located in the new set of buildings next to Home Depot. It's in a bad location, in my opinion. But I'm not the location expert in their main office that gets paid the big bucks. Lol. There's hardly any shoppers when we go to Home Depot or Jack in the Box. Maybe they're hoping people will notice them when they shop, etc. Plenty of parking outside the building because now one from Home Depot is parking that far out and there's no one in the store. We came in because we needed a bracket to attach to our new adjustable bed. They don't stock any, and it would be a special order, non returnable item, etc. Even for the similar beds they sold, they didn't have any brackets. The only alternative was to buy an adjustable bed frame and put it around our new bed. Or, attach the headboard to the wall. read more

A 82 yr old senior went in the store picked out mattress , the first night on mattress was very uncomfortable. Called the store where purchased explained need to return mattresses. Sales person stated no returns only exchanges only. Call customer service, they said Sam me thIng, so to get firmer mattress it will cost you another 700.00 , what a scan for customers. Forced to spend a lot more money if you exchange your mattress. A Scam especially to a s senior on fixed income. Don't buy your mattress from ortho mattress. I do not recommend this company and channel 9 news love to help up when things are not clarified to seniors.
