Last November 12, my husband and I saw this store along Sepulveda and eventually decided to stop by and look around. We were already scouting for a decent mattress that would fit our budget and we were so grateful that we gave this store a visit. It was Miriam who greeted and assisted us that fine afternoon. She was very kind and understanding esp. during the moments that my husband and I needed some "time to ourselves" to discuss the pros and cons of the 2 mattresses that we considered as our options. I liked almost all the ortho mattresses in that store... =) Yes, they are expensive, but I am pretty sure they serve their purpose well - that of giving you the good night's rest you so deserve. Overall, we were very pleased with our business transaction with Miriam. We told her that we were on a tight budget and she was accommodating enough to offer us some irrisistable deals. I went to ortho as the 'beginning' of my search for the perfect mattress. I was determined that I was only going to start testing mattresses and that would be my first stop. by the time I left the store, I had purchased the mattress I needed -- with no further need to anywhere else. Miriam was the lady who helped me and she answered every question I had regardless of how elementary they were. I asked to see the most expensive mattress and left with one half that price. she really knows what she is doing. I am a salesman's daughter and not an easy sell -- but she was so down to earth and honest that I felt honored to have done business with her. this company is lucky to have her (and, no, we are not related!). We can owe that decision to a very pleasant and knowledgeable manager by the name of "Miriam". She was no high pressure sales person but instead advised us what we needed to know and then took us to what we had asked for withing our means. She didn't try to push us towards the more expensive products but in the end I, myself upped our price limit for a better buy because I was dealing with some back and neck problems.
