Restaurant was inviting on the outside as it is in the inside, it's clean and like, some restaurant: they allow you to be creative by writing on their wooden pony walls and bathroom stalls, which somehow still makes it look aesthetically pleasing. Upon our arrival we were greeted and sat in our table by Ivonne, who was also our waiter. She was friendly and attentive to our needs, she always filled up our drinks. The prices here are not bad compared to the over rated crab restaurants in Spring Mountain and the amount of crab legs was surprisingly abundant. We chose the mix sauce with hot as our spice ratio. So, this is a place I never knew was here even though I've driven by many times. My son asked me to meet him here for dinner so he could have the AYCE boil, I'm not much into seafood and am severely allergic to both crab and lobster (I know your asking, then why would you go?) My entire pregnancy I've been craving seafood boil. So I'm kind of upset with myself that it took me this long to realize this place existed?! All the servers were super kind and the vibe of the place was very welcoming. Service was great, never had to worry about not having anything to drink because there was always someone coming to bring us a new soda or water and the food came out fast! We got the AYCE which is $41.95 starting. Started off with clam chowder, shrimp basket with Cajun fries and fried calamari. We got our separate seafood boil bags since my husband can't handle spicy food and my goodness if I can eat here every single day, I would! It was so delicious and just what the doctor ordered which is more protein for my pregnancy hehe. I got snow crabs, mussels, shrimp head off, sausage, corn, potatoes and paid extra for 2 hard boiled eggs. I highly recommend getting the AYCE if you're super hungry and know that you won't have a lot of leftovers because they will charge for leftovers if you have A LOT left. My husband and I ate majority of our food and did not get charged extra. However, they also have a separate menu that isn't AYCE if you feel like you can't eat that much and would want to take food home. We decided to come try Storming Crab for their Christmas menu. The inside is also super spacious designed to look like a ship. For $48 we got cheese bread, fried shrimp, fries, 1 lb of snow crab, 1 lb of shrimp, two potatoes, and two corns. I've been here a few times already. Every time I'm here the staff is always friendly, on point with their service and making sure I'm not missing anything. The foods always good every time I have ate here and I've never had issues after I leave. I'm always going for the AYCE which personally I feel the price is right for what they offer. It is a bit quiet but I like it and their selection in music is good. Right now they have Christmas music on which of course it is December. Besides that their ambiance is chill and welcoming. Why did I not try this place sooner?! Cute beach house and sea side decor. Good combo options. Priced reasonably and they take reservations. There was 18 of us so we all tried different combos. The shrimps, green mussels and crabs were good with the mixed all three sauce mild. The portions and the size of the seafood itself were pretty good. My son got the shrimp fried rice. It's was tasty but a little greasy IMO. They have complimentary cheesy bread that was good too. Again, a little buttery but hits the spot when you arrive hungry. Our server was very nice. She gave good suggestions and was pretty helpful. We were too hungry to take pics of our food. First time here, met an old friend for dinner while in town for a business conference. I used to live in the Henderson / Las Vegas area and one thing I miss is the variety of great food. The food where I'm living now (Sacramento area) isn't bad... but not the same as Vegas. Anyway, this place is fairly new... only been open a few months from what I understand. It's in a building that's had a few other restaurants in the past, I don't remember what they were... but obviously they didn't survive. Cursed location? No idea - it's a prominent stand-alone building on a busy street... plenty of parking, etc. If it's a cursed location, hopefully it's broken now - and this is definitely the place that can pull it off in my opinion! We ordered Combo #4 if I remember correctly, because it was closest to what we wanted, but we made substitutions to keep the carbs down. I was very pleased that they had no problems whatsoever subbing broccoli for potatoes, for example. We also tacked on an extra portion of snow crab just to make sure there was enough to stuff two big seafood eaters. We debated a bit on the sauce - our waitress suggested the "mix all three" saying that it was really good... then we were wondering about the heat. Both of us like spicy food, but having never been there before... idk... sometimes it's a gutsy move to pick the level(s) beyond "hot" - am I right? Our waitress helped us out on that one too - we ordered hot, and she brought us a cup of the highest heat level... whatever that was called (Sam's?). Whoever Sam is... thanks! So we had - Snow Crab, Heads-off Shrimp, Black Mussels, Sausage, Broccoli and Corn. I think that's it? It was seriously delicious! Perfectly cooked, and I really liked the flavor and heat of the sauce. It was also nice to have the hotter sauce available for dipping. In hindsight, I probably could have handled the hottest sauce for the main meal, but I'm still glad we did it the way we did. At the beginning of the meal, we were served some cheesy garlic bread. I love bread, but trying to keep the carbs down. I didn't eat the bread when it was first served... but... it was sitting there staring at me the whole time! Ugh. I ate it at the end of the meal - I had a big empty platter full of super yummy sauce to sop up! And pro tip on the carb front - if you eat a bit of carbs at the end of the meal after fats and proteins, the carbs get absorbed slower and don't spike your blood sugar as much. And sopping up that sauce with the bread was worth it for sure! I'll definitely be back on future trips to Vegas! read more

I called the restaurant for a to-go order on a Saturday afternoon. Placed an order for the fried catfish. Came with hush puppies and Cajun fries. The food came with tartar sauce and ketchup. The catfish was good, but not amazing. I'm used to a little more flavor and bigger pieces of fish. Food: We got a couple of seafood bread, which I believe came with our our order. I ordered a pound of snow crab legs which came with a half a cob of corn and two very small red potatoes in a mix of 3 sauces. I ordered it hot, but it wasn't too spicy. I also ordered a side of white rice with it. I have to be honest that I thought the sauce was ok. I make my own sauce at home for my seafood boils and it is much more flavorful. My husband ordered the shrimp basket which came with (cajun fries). The shrimp had thicker breading than he would have liked. The fries were crispy. Our server, Jade, was very nice and friendly. I promised my niece I would take her out for her birthday and she loves crab so we thought we'd try this place and it was totally worth it. It was $40 per person for all you can eat and with the first round everybody gets either crab or lobster. It was delicious. We also had hush puppies, onion rings ,calamari ,fried rice ,salad cheesy bread, and we each had our own steam bag I had crab with muscles and crawfish and my niece tried both for the first time and she liked them. We killed ourcrab in no time, but I had to have help from the guys with the crawfish and the muscles because each one comes by the pound we're definitely gonna be back . I had no spice in my bag. I just had butter and it was divine the saltiness from the seafood and the butter was perfect, my niece had the mild spicy, but she said that when we bring her back after she graduates this year, she wants to try the medium and go from there. I recently placed an order through Uber Eats, which I've done many times before. I've always been extremely satisfied with my order in the past. I always order the head off shrimp, and everytime it comes deveined. This time it did not. I maybe be being picky about this, but I'm not eating the intestinal tract, and since it's been cooked already it isn't easily removable. It was inedible for me.
