But after taking with Sean and Raullen, I was able to take the first steps and felt like I was finally heading in the right direction. Their team was in contact with me basically everyday from the initial calls to viewing, step by step they explained everything, and anytime I had questions or needed recommendations they were always there to answer. They work with the purpose of supporting you, and communicate so well between each other and the other key people it takes to close on home, that within a month or 2 I was signing and handed my keys!! Shameful No damage was done on the property, as stated on the invoice this is normal wear and tear. Also this is a two unit property shared garage cans. With another tenant who also used the garbage cans, where we even helped our senior lower unit tenant dump her garbage the day we moved out, And when we moved in the cans were full and we had to request it to be removed. We have emails showing the cans were full and removed with rental company. Returning property as it was found, no damage done to the property. Normal wear and tear on the invoice and some are not even real. Duck tape so rodents don't go in the house.. wear and tear! And all health issues gone since moving out Security deposit can not be deducted for no damage and just wear and tear, as seen on invoice to the property. The towel bar was like 40 years old! Sean and Cathy can kick rocks with slippers on. Extremely unprofessional and unethical.

Unfortunately, we had an unpleasant experience with our property being managed by Jason B…read more From the very first day, he started a war with all residents, issuing citations that didn't make sense, blocking access to facilities, and intimidating anyone who tried to find out what was going on by expressing his authority. He told people directly that he had the power here and that everything was up to him. Jason has no communication skills. He did things without informing anyone, didn't respond to emails, and wouldn't pick up the phone for weeks. When you finally managed to reach him, he would claim that your attempts to contact him were harassment. I received a citation for an incorrect shoe rack, even though I didn't have one, and it was based on rules from the Laulani neighborhood, while I live elsewhere. His actions were completely unsubstantiated. My neighbor received about seven citations at once, including one for his tree touching the property wall, even though he didn't have anything on his lanai. I was away for two weeks, and when I came back, my car had scratches on the roof. Someone told me that trees were being pruned, but I was never informed, so I had no chance to ask anyone to move my car. I brought this up with Jason, but he never responded to my email. However, he did find time to restrict my access to facilities for an offense I never committed (I had been away when it allegedly happened), as retaliation for my attempts to contact him. I sent an official registered letter to Angel's Site Management Solutions with my complaint, but it was never picked up. A lady at USPS customer support told me that the company refused to accept it. I assume Jason did it. During his time here, everything started going downhill. Not a single thing was upgraded, but all the residents were scared of this individual. I do not recommend this company. These people have no skills to manage a sandbox without toys, let alone manage any property. Talked with a company owner once; they seemed unconcerned about what was happening. HOA decided to cut ties with them.
