I really wanted to like this, but the over powering smell and taste of rotten fish ruined this dish. I've had ramen literally all across the nation and can honestly say this is the most disappointing. The noodles themselves had the consistency of spaghetti noodles, there was entirely too much bamboo in it, and chashu was ruined by the fish smell/taste. The weather was getting cool, but they enclosed it and added a "fireplace", so it was pretty pleasant. Amazing sushi! We are here visiting from California. Visit Osaka sushi and you will not disappointed! Great service! They were very attentive and never did my drink get empty or was I without a sauce or napkin. I wish I had pictures to share but we got so caught up in the delicious food I forgot to take any! This evening my husband took our two girls and myself out to try Osaka. I was so excited to see that they had opened. We ordered hot tea, Ramune, and a matcha milk tea in a bear. All drinks were great. My husband ordered the chicken teriyaki rice bowl. It was HUGE! He let me try the chicken. It was really good. He also ordered the Sweet Home Roll because he didn't know how big the chicken bowl would be. So we shared it and WOW, loved everything about it. The sweet chili sauce was the icing on the top. I had the tuna lover roll, and the fish was so fresh it melted in my mouth. My girls both love Inari roll's so they both had those. My youngest ordered a miso but didn't like it. I drank it and I loved it. We also shared edamame as well. It was yummy, seasoned with salt and served hot. There are so many items to choose from, so we will definitely be back to try it all. YAY! I had been so sad the Ginza had shut down in town and was hoping to get a new sushi place that had fresh fish and amazing rolls like they did. Our visit to this restaurant was spoiled by the cleaning staff. This restaurant only had one restroom open and my four year old needed to use it at the end of our visit. The girl cleaning the restroom was so incredibly rude to us when we knocked on the door, asking to use the restroom. My daughter was going to pee on their floor if they didn't let us in. The girl argued that she needed to "do her job" to go home...so they could all "go home". The restaurant was not even closed yet. They had 40 minutes until they closed. We won't be back here. The building is quite humble, but its decor is so cute. It's really the robust food and attentive service that are worth returning for. I'm ADDICTED to the udon noodle soup and their cute bear shaped glasses for thai tea. The sushi here is all fresh and one of my favorites is the Rainbow Roll. I've eaten here a couple of times now, always to-go because I am a parent of littles but I have found the sushi here to be fair priced, super fresh and great portions, and the staff to be super friendly and helpful. Food is good, this is my second time eating here. The first time was okay, my friend received their 2 ordered plates and waited about 15 minutes for mine to come out. We had to ask for it, and waited another 5. But the food then was delicious. Today I ordered the lunch combo to go thinking it came with miso as advertised when I ordered and it did not. I called to ask about it when I got home because that's when I realized there was no soup in there. I was told by the person that answered the phone that it did not come with soup and they took it off all their ordering applications and websites they use, except for the one directly on their website, obviously. Best customer service I have ever received!We went here for my friends wedding and I was worried that with 17 people it would be hard to accommodate us all. The people were so nice and provided some of the best service I have ever received. They went out of their way to make sure the groom was celebrated .
