Really good for high end exotic cars like Bentley and Ferrari. He won't do Porsche lol with the IMF bearing issue lol I have a Bentley and his logo is a Bentley and he drives a Bentley. I just went in for an oil change for W-12 cylinder motor. Mercedes, Audi, BMW ok. Ask first location is on Bannister and it's a One way from Dillingham and near mikes tires. Worked on my Rolls Royce and Ferrari. Never overcharged and always fixed the problem quickly. -rebuilt all window switches in RR and fixed idol issue and A/c. Also replaced my brake accumulators. -fixed secondary air pump issue on Ferrari California and found a misfire on my cylinder 8, changed vehicle oil. I took my 2006 Mini Cooper JCW to another shop and they charged me an arm and a leg for basic service, added things on to my bill that I didn't ask for and when my car wasn't running good half a year later they quoted me upwards of $3000 for additional service. I took my car to Mark Osborne purely based on all the Great Yelp Reviews he received. And I tell you what!!! Mark exceeded his reviews. Not only did he check my car for almost nothing (I wouldn't know because i don't think the initial analysis was included in my final charge) but his diagnosis was much more concise and he gave me a variety of options. He laid out those things that were necessary, those that would probably come up in a year or so and also gave me his best guess of what would happen if I didn't fix anything (I would be able to drive it but it wouldn't be at optimal performance). Bottom line. My car was finished in a couple days and purring like a kitten (all for far less than half of what the other company wanted to charge me). Had a crazy day of car troubles that started with my Lexus RX350 dying out on the freeway and getting towed to a nearby park, FSP accidentally scratched my front bumper with tow truck, insurance roadside assistance came to tow me to Mark's shop and then proceeded to rip a portion of my car's undercarriage off!! What a day!! I was given Mark's info by a coworker so I had my car towed there. Mark was super friendly and helpful right away, was able to take my car in around 4pm (which is usually almost closing time for most shops) and call me with an estimate to fix in 30 min! Turns out I needed a new alternator, but Mark said he would be able to fix that evening, even though it was already late in my mind. He gave me a very reasonable price and completed my car repair within a couple hours! I was so shocked after the day I had to find a honest, reliable and fast mechanic and he made the whole thing easy and stress-free. I will definitely be returning for all other car maintenance. read more

What can I say? Mark is hands down the most awesome, honest, and trustworthy mechanic. After hitting a problem with my BMW and getting estimates that broke the bank, I happened to stumble across Marks shop just because the guy towing my car said some dude just opened this shop so he'll tow me there. Needless to say it was probabaly the best discovery ever. He is so honest, and I know he's never just trying to screw you over. Whenever I bring my car to him (which is quite often), I hear from him the same day and have my car fixed and ready to go within the next few days.
