I called Top Level Cars to get my brake pads and rotors replaced as well as checking my check engine light (I thought it was the O2 sensors). I called them up and they were able to take me the same day, got it done in a few hours and were able to use my own provided parts. The shop is extremely clean and the bay looks organized, seems they work on many different makes and models. After picking up my car they didn't install the O2 sensors because I didn't need it. The guy at the front went through what the cause was and gave me some tips on preventing it and they didn't even charge me! Car is running great so far. Worst auto repair shop I ever went to. Very shady with pricing and they lie. Did repair there and requested a particular brand for parts. Dimitri said they can use whatever you want. When called to inform me car ready. Told me he didn't use the part. When asking about it at shop claimed it wouldn't be warranted. He is to busy trying to pressure people to do repairs and claiming they're the best that he doesn't listen to people. Bill also are padded with shop supplies which are not included in quotes. Also who does front end work and doesn't include wheel alignment in an original quote. They claim parts have warranty but give no written paperwork to that effect. Until I felt comfortable giving my number, the Shop gave me a courtesy Text reminder of my appointment the day of the Appointment. (Came in early) & To be knit picky, I had to wait to be helped when I arrived. However, the Guy was chill and was able to Check-in very quickly. I even asked if I could wait while the work was done and he said, "Yes!" About the Office/Waiting Room, it was Nice and clean (other than leaves in the ground when people tracked it in [knit picking].) There was a Coffee Machine set up but nothing for Guest to use, A mini refrigerator for Drinks and Food but empty, a Water Dispenser that looked Empty, Black Leather Couches/Seating, a Glass Table with an Engine holding it up, A Large Flat-screen TV w/ Remote (I should of asked if I could watch something.) and a Bathroom if you needed to go. I just kept to myself on my Phone while the Guy did Phone call Business at the Register. Another Customer came to wait (he has his Phone Volume up, but that was him not the Shop's fault.) There was an Issue and the Quote had to go up, but at least it was still in my Budget. We took the car in to fix our air condition. We picked it up and the air conditioner got fixed but as we were driving off we noticed a crack in the windshield. We did not have a crack when we dropped it off and they sent us pictures of it in the shop without a crack and in the 5 minutes we drove away nothing hit the car to crack it so something must have cracked it while in their possession. So my advice is take a video of your car when you drop it off and carefully inspect all of your car when they give it back to you. read more
