Let me preface this by saying I am a huge fan of Oscars other location. This one is a little smaller and a bit busier especially on Wednesdays where they have there $0.50 wings. Be prepared to get there early or sit at the bar as it is first come first served. I highly recommend as a no frills and good food place as you will get great wings and be careful as they can get pretty spicy. Enjoy with a nice mystery beer and watch some sports as a solid place to enjoy food and watch a game.

Quick and fast service and a typical bar restaurant atmosphere. I would definitely do the sesame garlic and tikka masala wings again. Didnt really like the chipotle and honey sriracha flavors. Their tacos on Tuesdays are extremely good too!

Oscar's Winner's Circle is everything "Pub & Grill" wish it could be. Delicious, juicy burgers, great/friendly staff. I usually get the Gordo Burger but the Winner's Burger is also good

Such a good burger. Well seasoned, super juicy and cooked to temp, every single time.

8 pork and 2 steak tacos. Single tortillas rather than the normal double.

Probably the best burger in town when considering all factors. Size, quality, cooked correctly and price all top notch!! But today we talk about taco Tuesday. Hands down one of my favorite pork tacos in Milwaukee (the steak ones are good too). The flavor is amazing on the pork, they are small but that's y I ordered 10 of them last time and for only a dollar each still a great deal! I opt for a single tortilla on mine though. Give it a try you shouldn't be disappointed!

Taco Tuesday! $1 steak or pork tacos. My friends, you can't beat this deal! They also have a $3 mystery beer (usually something crafty), along with an amazing variety of tap beers (20 or so) and an extensive menu. The burgers and wings are what they are known for and they don't disappoint! The menu prices make you feel like you're in a time warp back to 2002. Seriously affordable and quality food here! It's a great spot to hang out, crush some good beers and eat some tasty grub. It's a place where you'll see all types of people, and it's always full because people know the combo of good food at good prices is hard to find these days. A casual joint that serves some great beer and food and always draws a crowd anytime of the week.

Build your own burger. I kept it simple: ghost pepper jack cheese, jalapeños, lettuce, tomato, and fried onions. So amazing.

So, real talk, I've been avoiding this review because I am selfish and I don't want people to know about my fave burger spot!! But I must. This place deserves your business! Oscar's Winner's Circle is absolutely related to Oscar's Pub near Potowatami casino....I'm just especially excited about this one because it's closer to my house! The atmosphere has been pretty chill whenever I have been in. The bar has an impressive rotation of new craft beer all of the time. Each month they feature a local brewery too, which I think is awesome. The bartenders are laid back and, as long as it isn't busy, they are more than happy to give you small samples of beer or offer you advice about the beer so you can be sure to pick a beverage you'll like. They also do a $2 "mystery" shot. IT's in a brown bag behind the bar, which is pretty fun. I got myself and my friend a mystery shot, (because, why not?) and it ended up being Limousine Rye - a fairly expensive bottle of Rye Whiskey! I asked if it was always a top tier alcohol and he said no! Apparently they just pick something exciting and fun. Who knows, maybe you'll end up with an espcially tasty $2 mystery shot....only one way to find out! The food is hot and fresh. The fries are thick cut and seasoned - none of that shoestring stuff. But it's the burgers that I keep coming back for: Juicy, thick beef patties perfectly seasoned and with generous toppings either currated on the menu or you can choose to build you own. I have built my own burger before (see picture), but I have had several of their own burgers and every time they have been wonderful. They also do a great job changing up the menu from time to time, so it doesn't feel stale if you come in often. Two thumbs way up for Oscar's Winner Circle. Great food, chill ambiance, and impressive beer selection. Get yo'self a burger!

It's been a couple of months since I've gone out to eat anywhere due to Covid and having a newborn at home. I was tired of cooking and was craving a good burger. We knew we would get that at Oscars, but have never been to their Winner's Circle location. We decided to go on what we thought was off hours forgetting there was a Packers game on. This location is smaller than the original space, but they did a great job of keeping the tables spaced out, limiting the seats at the bar and customers were respectful and wearing masks even at their tables. I should have looked at their menu before we went as they did not have my favorite, the Big O burger on the menu, so I opted for the MKE burger. The burger satisfied my burger craving and I ate myself full of their delicious fries too! Service was a bit slow and it took awhile to get our food, but it was off hours and they were busy due to the game. Oscars is definitely one of our favorite places to go when craving a burger.

Outstanding food and great service - really enjoyed the character and charm of a local neighborhood tavern. Clean and well run and upper level tavern food. Roll Tide!

Wings (regular buffalo, but they also have a mole flavor!)

Oscar's is quickly becoming one of my favorite restaurants in Milwaukee. First of all, I've had incredible attentive service both times I've been there. Both times it was very busy. This last time I came with a group of 6 during a bucks playoff game and they needed to move two tables together to accommodate us which they did very quickly (and without huffing and puffing about it). I LOVE their beer selection. They have a ton of taps and lots of great beer specials- I believe it's Wednesday nights that all beer taps are only $2! I had a wonderful coconut Porter for $2!!! Their food: they have your bar staples, then they have some wonderful Mexican food dishes delightfully mixed in (carne asada fries I'm talking to you). Their wings are in my top 5 in Milwaukee (along with Ricardo's in Greendale, Jonny Hammers in West Allis, and Dino's in riverwest). This is a great spot to grab a drink (and come on get the wings) with a friend, go watch a game, and just hang out. Great vibes, great food and drink, and great service, you can't go wrong!

Not what I ordered, Bahn mi burger inside look.

I have been to the new Oscars spot a few times now and added them to the small work lunches that I put together and they are always a big hit so I did an impromptu one today. They have always been pretty good with my orders and doneness of the meat being the only problem but it's take out so food keeps cooking in the containers until we eat it so I'm not critical of that. Today Francisco took my order and it was ready on time which I appreciate and back to work I went. As I opened the bags and handed out the appropriate lunches to the fellas and I was left with a burger that I didn't order, the Bahn mi and everyone's order was handed out. SHIT my winner burger was fu%ked up and I received the wrong burger. I called Francisco back and asked if he remembered my lunch order with only one winner burger in it and he says yes so I ask him how did I get a Bahn mi burger, right away he apologized and said that he messed that up and he would replace my order for free when I return. I returned after work and he immediately recognizes me and walked over to me to apologize and to get my correct order going, so I have beer while waiting for my burger which was cold and good. I have got to say that Francisco did a great job at correcting the mistake and making it right because usually places question if you ordered correct. I love the Bahn mi sandwich but it didn't translate well in burger form for me and the winner burger was more more to my liking, I have pictures of both to look at.

Erika is usually my server and does a great job so I only ask for her section after the b*tch from a previous visit. Erika is very accommodating with my recent request at duplicating a version of the St Louis Slinger which is basically hash browns topped with eggs and covered with chili, St Louis has a meat patty of sausage or beef but it's not necessarily needed in Milwaukee. Today I was getting out of my comfort zone and getting lunch for the first time that would be fried chicken which Erika says is a favorite that I was skeptical about but she was spot on. It comes with a potato side and soup of the day, I opted for cream of broccoli and mashed potatoes with gravy. The cream of broccoli soup was hot and great on a winter day. The mashed potatoes were skin on with ample gravy. Surprisingly the fried chicken was excellent but under seasoned that was moist/juicy with a light crispy coating and very good. Overall there doing something right because I keep back for almost 12 years now and had I have I known that the fried chicken was fresh cooked to order and so good I would have ordered it years ago.

We were greeted warmly at the door by a nice woman and seated right away. It was warm in there even though it was cold outside. The temperature was just right! Our friends recommended the ribeye as it's their favorite so that's what we ordered. Unfortunately, they were out of the ribeye so we all got New York Strip steaks with eggs. The steaks were perfectly cooked, along with everything else. Everything was fresh and flavorful. The chef even came out to ask us how our food was and to apologize about the ribeyes being out of stock. Halfway through our meal we had to add two more people and without question our server pushed another table against ours to add space and then took their order and got their drinks and food out quickly. This was our first time at Zebb's and it was a great experience. We will be returning!

The counter service was a great bonus and gave the place that classic diner feel. Everything we ordered was fantastic. This is a solid breakfast spot and every table was in service towards the end of our meals. We had a chili cheese omelette and the country fried steak breakfast. I had the country fried steak this time but I did have the chili cheese omelette on my last visit and I didn't snap any pictures because a customer had a medical emergency and an ambulance and fire truck came to the restaurant but I remember liking it. The decor is nothing fancy but it's not a dive with over priced omelets like my breakfast experience, look at my last review. The country fried steak was noticeably bigger than most places around town except for NA cafe which is a real country steak and I just expected a frozen restaurant supply quality. It was golden brown with that commercial sausage gravy which is the norm for 99% of breakfast restaurants around town so I'm not going to knock them on that because I'm a country fried steak guy all my life. The sunny side up eggs were cooked perfectly. The extra crispy hash browns were cooked perfectly and the sourdough toast was better than the average restaurant where you couldn't tell if it was white or sourdough with that chew. Overall it's a solid breakfast spot with all my visits and at $13 it's $9 cheaper than my last breakfast experience at a dive restaurant and hits the spot.

Fucking love this place…read more If there is a highly rated small plates place in a location we are visiting, you can count on us to find it. We walked literally thirty minutes to this place from our hotel. It was a lovely walk in early August. We had a 5:45pm reservation on a Thursday (we are old now) and we were seated immediately. Service was excellent. Ok so they have a fantastic cocktail menu. I appreciate any cocktail menu that is more complex than vodka and cranberry juice but this takes it to another level of creativity. I also like how they name them with numbers. It's so much easier to say "I'll have a 42" rather than "I will have a duperbeamerscicle". I started with an "88" with pisco, rose-poached strawberry, amontillado sherry, verjus, rose port, and pink peppercorn. Served in a highball glass and garnished with berries. Very refreshing. GF started with the "91" mezcal, passion fruit, poblano, pineapple, amaro, lime. Gorgeous and chic. Very strong, smoky flavor. When in Rome, so the cheese plate did not feel like an option. Four fantastic cheeses were served with very tasty candied nuts, some jam business, grapes, and some of the best bread I have had on a cheese plate. Thick, soft, and fluffy. Paired absolutely perfectly with cheese. Only complaint is that I wish there was more of it. I haven't had deviled eggs in a minute so I went wild and also had the chili crisp deviled eggs which were SPECTACULAR. I also got the Egyptian fried cauliflower which is served on a smear of harissa and lemon tahini. Very flavorful. Star of the show tbh was the tagliatelle with squash, tomato, these fried cheese crisps. The noodles were al dente and SO GOOD in such a wonderful sauce. GF also got the steak, she says "very good seasoning". I helped her out with the kimchi pancake. Wonderful. Such a great sauce. For our second round of dranks we both went with the "77" makrut lime vodka, tamarind, bird's eye chili, cilantro, lime, lemongrass. Very tamarind forward. Very unique. I can see why it's our server's favorite drink on the menu. The desserts looked really good (something with sticky rice I think it was a cocktail and a bread budding that looked fantastic) but we just weren't feeling it.
