I love how the store is color coordinated so it's easy to find things if you have certain colors in mind or favorites. While shopping around I ended up finding a girls day outfit so double whammy and saves me a trip for the next event I needed to shop for. I am horrible at accessorizing and Kaylene was right by the cashier area where the accessories were so I asked her for help. They have a whole fitting room in the back of the store but they block it off completely. But they do have 3 stalls available if you need to try anything on. BEWARE OF BETH, the "Store Manager" - Worst Retail Experience I've Ever Had…read more I had an extremely disappointing and frustrating experience at the Express location in Town Square, entirely due to the behavior of the store manager, BETH. I purchased a coat online that ended up being too big. I initiated a return online and went to this location with the intention of returning and exchanging it for a smaller size, since I truly loved the coat. When I entered the store, there were hardly any employees visible. A couple and I stood at the register for several minutes waiting for assistance because no one was stationed there. Eventually, BETH came over and assisted the couple ahead of me. When it was my turn, I explained that I was there to return and exchange the coat. Without saying much, she inspected the coat. I informed her that I no longer had the tags but did have my receipt and return barcode. I also let her know that I had already called customer service beforehand and was told this would not be an issue. BETH then stated that tags were required to return any clothing item. Immediately after, she accused the coat of having a "food smell" and implied that I had worn it--despite me clearly stating that it had only been tried on once at home. I was genuinely confused and shocked by this accusation, as the coat was never worn and had been hanging in my closet for nearly two weeks. She refused to process the return or exchange, offering no reasonable solution and showing no interest in helping at all. At that point, I asked if there was someone above her that I could speak with. She told me I could call customer service but made it clear she would not allow the return. She pulled up what she claimed were store policies, which later turned out to be incorrect and outdated. I left the store and immediately called customer service from my car--not even because of the coat anymore, but because of how poorly I was treated. Customer service confirmed that tags are NOT required, especially during the holiday season, and that returns are based on the condition of the item. They also informed me that BETH had already contacted them regarding our interaction and deliberately ensured that nothing could be done for me at that location. Customer service even suggested I try another store, stating that it was "probably just the manager not wanting to take it." The next day, I went to the Express location at Fashion Show Mall. The difference was night and day. Angelina, a team member--not even a manager--assisted me immediately, treated me with kindness and professionalism, inspected the coat (which was clearly in perfect condition), and completed the return and exchange in under five minutes. BETH'S attitude, false accusations, and unwillingness to help are the sole reasons I am leaving this review. No customer should be treated this way--especially by someone in a management position. I will never return to the Town Square Express, but I truly appreciate the Fashion Show team for restoring my faith in the brand

Wish I had her name. Price - $65 + tax each; my wife will order online. Owner Comment - Congrats on the Gaps success since 1969. Congrats on Athleta success since 1998; Gap acquired Athleta in 2008 and opened the first brick and mortar store in 2011.

I asked for a size S in one of the long sleeve button up tops in brown and she came back saying they didn't have any. When I was done trying on items in the dressing room I went to the section and double checked and lo and behold-- there was the S I had just asked for. So not really sure what happened but this is pretty disappointing when it does happen and let me say that I run into this situation a lot-- this happened at another store I was shopping at the other day and it's kinda ridiculous. Another thing I'm not a fan of is the over the top prices. Everything I looked at that was not a coat, jacket or sweater was $99, which is ridiculous. You have to have some variety in your prices-- you can't just price everything long sleeve $99. I know we're in a time of inflation but goodness gracious, gap corporation can lower their prices and still make their millions. I'd say those tops I saw for $99 could be better priced, around $69 or $79 max. Anywho I did buy one of their expensive tops and then got one of their sale items for $28 so that kinda evens out-- kinda. lol. Overall they have beautiful items in a great outdoor location but unfortunately they don't carry jeans. I was told by the sales lady that they only carry jeans online. Overall todays shopping experience was alright but not as fantastic as it could've been. I am glad that I was able to find some winter items though. I highly recommend Athleta if you're looking for some trendy items that you might not be able to find anywhere else but know that it's definitely gonna cost you.
