I opted for the mobile service, since wifey doesn't like driving around the freeways in Houston, and it was scheduled. At the end of the scheduled time, I got a call telling me they were delayed and offering to pick up the car at home, complete the maintenance, wash and vacuum it and return it the same day. So they actually Ubered a driver to my home, he drove the car to the dealership, they did the maintenance and then drove it back cleaner than when he left. And instead of taking any responsibility or offering a solution, he told me I'd have to drive 20 MORE miles to their I-10 location if I wanted one. No offer to ship it. No effort to find one from the tons of used cars on the lot. Just lazy, careless service. This is how they treat paying customers? No wonder they shut down the Sugar Land location. Disgraceful.
