Dustin ordered the wrong lift kit after he communicated that he owns the same model truck I have - this delayed completion of the desired work being performed(by 2 days) Shelly attempted to blame the manufacturer (Rough Country) for the wrong part being received by Master Tire and Wheel - researching on my own, I found out it was Dustin who simply did not pay attention when ordering the lift kit. I consistently requested to speak to Will and/or Henry and never received any response from either gentleman. This shop seems to operate under sub-par guidelines by over-promising and under-delivering results which are not timely/punctual. My truck was delayed in receiving the lift kit installation for 3 days in November 2020. This is an example of the inefficiency I experienced giving this shop a chance to complete work on my vehicle at my request. When I had wheel lights installed, one of them didn't work and there were delays in getting it fixed. For starters, the guy was late arriving to do the work needed to repair the inoperable wheel light. Nothing Dustin has said held true to the timeliness he promised. This is only my experience. Juan is honest and timely! I would not recommend this shop to anyone that is looking for dependable and reliable timeliness for the completion of work promised! On Christmas Day while driving, my driver-side wheel light ring came loose. This demonstrates extremely poor workmanship by the person they use to install the wheel light rings and now I have to take my truck back to be serviced yet again. I originally dropped my truck off on Monday 11/2/2020, the lift kit, wheels, and wheel lights was not done until Thursday 11/5/2020 due to a delay with the wrong part being ordered. I DO NOT trust the quality of work from this place; Juan is the only individual who has been forthcoming in my opinion. I tried calling back, they'd answer and immediately hang up. In person he'd only make rude gestures through the door after I'd walked out. Do yourself a favor, and check out any of the tire/wheel shops around here. Whatever his name is claimed the manager called in sick. I can't speak on whether or not this dude acted this way due to the manager not being there to keep him in line. Businesses employ people that hang up multiple times on potential customers? Seems like a good way to ruin your rep and eventually the business. I for one will create a new profile everyday for 6 months to ensure this location has the rating they deserve. I had the worst experience at this shop. The employee told me that they can fix my car that it wanted to do and they charge me upfront and they told me the car will be ready in 40 minutes and they already start working on it. 30 minutes later the manager comes out and he said if you don't want to work on your car because you're not buying a tire from us. He walked me back to my car and he said it is too much work unless if you buy the tires from us we will work on it otherwise we're not gonna work on your car and I asked him why and his response was oh fuck your car and get the fuck out of my store and then he ran back to his office and hided. The Manager Henry who is the owners son is a walking talking who stands upright in disguise. He's ALL about that MIGHTY DOLLAR. He could give two you know what's about Customer Service and Satisfaction. Once they get your money then you literally have to chase them down. You see, once you realize you've been screwed & You want to confront them, they go and hide in the office like little school girls. He also doesn't keep his word. I originally ordered some rims I liked. I waited patiently for almost a week for them to be ready. Then I go in this past Saturday and the rims don't fit. Wait, WHAT?? Carlos the salesman was so happy that he had a sale that he didn't even take the time out to check and see if the rims would even fit. Which they didn't. On top of all of that, after Henry had just told me that I wouldn't have to pay anything more to exchange the wrong rims for some that would fit on Saturday. Now Henry the Snake tells me that it would cost me an additional $750 to get new rims that would fit in the place of the initial rims that Carlos F'd up when he placed my order! Now remember just this past Saturday no extra charge for wheels that would fit properly, per the snake He told me I could get in today to let them know I wasn't happy and they avoided me like the plague. You see y'all, the deal was done. They didn't need to show any interest and be fake in regards to what wheels and tires I wanted because they already had my money. After buying 4 sets of wheels, my 5th set was damaged from the factory, the day after i bought them the tire went flat, i took it in and they tried to fix it the cheap way after he told me it would be welded.....After 3 months i have to put air in the tire every other day because the wheel is leaking air, after they claimed to have fixed the wheel i bought a new set of tires, because the leaking air ruined my tire. I was given a quote on a set a tires and called back to verify the type of tire, when i got to the shop to purchase the tires they tried to do a bait and switch, luckily i asked to see the tire, which was the cheaper Pirelli tire.
