I was in a motorcycle accident on my 60th birthday (quite the gift), and a friend referred me to Oswalt Law Group after my day and a half in the hospital and people needing to tell me what had happened to me. well im a recovering crime victom who was shot twice in head saving a women and child from rape robbery certain death then after flatlining being shocked back to life i slipped into a coma and then came out of the coma started my life over then i was fleeced by people and then a head on car crash i live 3 hours from there office i made 2 attempts to go there before but weather was bad anyways i explained over phone in great detail that for me to come all the way there for them to say we cant take your case was selfish and wreckless when they could of done a phone evalution and said yes we can take your case come in to office save me about 150 its a shame lawyers dont care about recovering crime victoms thats why theres so many druggys and boozers on our streets when an honest hard working client ask for help we get messed with so just saying the truth about my experience there . read more

After receiving certified mail from a lawyer I started calling around to find a lawyer, but it was Saturday afternoon. After leaving messages to have someone call me back at a couple of law offices (no one returned my calls) I called the Oswalt Law Group and someone actually answered! I made an appointment for Monday and talked to Brian Timpani. He explained my options very thoroughly. I asked if he could possibly talk to the lawyer and get them to reduce the amount they were asking for. By the following Monday Brian had called me with the information that he had gotten them to agree to settlement that reduced the amount from 170K to 30K! Very honest and helpful attorney office. Went there to file a chapter 13, because I was suggested by another law group to file. I tried Oswalt because I was suspecting the other law group only wanted my money because they never even sat down to discuss my case details. It was a free consultation I was Helped by Alisha Tysick very knowledgeable, she asked questions went over my whole situations and honestly told me I didn't need to file instead of just taking my money and being selfish like other law groups would have.
