She makes scheduling easy and is a wonderful first impression of the company. Today I had the absolute best technician, Jonatan Vasquez, install two ceiling fans. After one of the fans was installed, I discovered that the fan I had ordered from Home Depot's website was actually the wrong one. I was so disappointed and frustrated, but Jonatan immediately put me at ease. He simply said, "It's not a big deal. We'll get it fixed." I told him I would just keep the fan because I didn't want to inconvenience anyone, but he wouldn't hear of it. He said, "No, I want you to be happy. This isn't what you wanted." He encouraged me to go exchange it, left to complete another job, and then came back later that afternoon to install the correct fan. He made sure everything was perfect before he left. That level of customer service is rare these days. Jonatan went above and beyond, and his kindness, patience, and professionalism made all the difference. I couldn't be happier with the results. When it came time to finish the project, we discussed our remaining concerns, and rest assured, Yury's professionalism, skill, and creativity delivered a fantastic, well finished solution.
