This one had four layers (still impressive and a pain in the arse to make I'm sure!) and no caramel. This bakery is very cute and the service is very friendly. My son also asked for some macarons, which he seemed to like, but he couldn't finish them because he said he was full. We were there around 12:30 PM and I think most of the items were fairly picked over in the bakery case by that time. There was an interesting raspberry thing that I wanted to try, but the person in line right before me bought the last one. The baklava looked temping too. I am pretty proud of myself for not buying too many sweets. I would return here if I were in the area and try some different items.
