Starbucks has alright coffee. It has lost it's charm and it's flavor. It is my favorite. Their breakfast sandwiches and food is good

I recently ordered an Espresso Shot in a large cup, the remainder filled with Whole Milk and ice. Decent drink. Great service.

This place is a gamble if it's even open anymore. Website says one thing, sign on the door says another thing and then the place does yet another. Last time they said there was a technical problem, this time the workers are sitting at the tables inside eating and having their drinks but doors are locked and drive thru is coned off. Go a little earlier and hit a different place. read more

The majority of the staff is friendly and helpful. Bobbi is by far the friendliest employee there. I usually use the drive thru because it's cramped inside. The parking situation there is also an issue. read more

Slow slow slow slow slow. Get your stuff together. I'm so disappointed in this location. I waited (4th in line at the drive thru) 26 minutes to get 2 coffees !!!! Then they only had 1 coffee ready and it took another 5 minutes for them to make another!!! I will not be back. I'm very irritated lol. read more

Needed to while away some time in the area before other plans, so I stopped in here. I used to work at Starbucks during college, so I have a soft spot for the big green siren and continue to give Starbucks a pretty large chunk of my discretionary spending. I am pretty forgiving of a lot of things at many Starbucks because I know what it's like to wear the green apron. I had no issue with the staff or the quality of my drink at this location. Why the low rating? While there I saw a basket gathering items for a so-called "pregnancy care center" in the area. Upon further investigation, this particular pregnancy care center, like many which use that label, has a political agenda designed to spread incorrect and deliberately misleading information to women considering an abortion. I am really disappointed to see that a Starbucks location would offer its support to such an organization that is more about political goals than actual healthcare, and I seriously question the professionalism of this location's management. read more

They don't make anything correct. i asked for an iced london tea latte and they gave me a hot one so i politely asked for it iced and they gave me a CUP OF MILK with tea bags in it and told me to "let it brew" read more

The service is fine & prompt, the coffee the consistency one expects of a monolithic corporation, and the place is clean. Why the low rating? Because seemingly every time I have the fool-sense to drive all the way out to Wooster to grab a Pike's Place, there is something going on at this location that prohibits me from frivolously spending my less-than-hard-earned cash; if it isn't the computer system acting up & necessitating an early close, it's a "boiler alert". Ever since they put what seems like priority in online orders we the customers who take the time to come into the store front get to wait 30-40 min for a cup of coffee. Everything is out of order. I just got a hot mocha from there and it was absolute ass in a cup. McDonald's has better by far!!!!!! I'm never getting anything from there again. That is ridiculous! MiLove the staff here. A couple things with the location. Terrible parking lot and drive thru. There's not really enough room to get around the drive through line to get out of here so it's often backed up into the parking lot and you're essentially trapped. Open 24 hours! Great space inside with a variety of seating and variety of mugs and other gift options. Staff members are friendly and creative so if you ask them to help you come up with something, they'll go out of their way to help you out. Also, anytime something didn't taste right they were more than willing to fix it! 5 star staff but 1 star parking/drive thru when it's busy! Order on the go, walk in and pick up! read more

I have visited Starbucks all over the US and this one is by far-- the worst. Upon walking in, you are greeted by filthy floors and dirty tables. Ordering can be a challenge bc its all about the drive through and apparently all workers are otherwise busy. I tried for months to get a light foam latte-- apparently too challenging for their barristas as they added about an inch of foam-- now i just go no foam. As i started visiting this Starbucks when it first opened, i hAve been able to see the impact of bad vs good managers-- right now its definitely bad. Perhaps looking to the Massillon Marketplace Starbucks for a great small town model. Always clean, beautifully organized (benches/tables/ counters) perfect light foam lattes and efficient service not to mention, they ALWAYS get mobile orders right. read more

Needless to say the Frappacino is magic, this particular Starbucks is also my savior at the time of power outage. Not only I love working on my laptop here, but also love to hangout post office hours. Their free Wifi saved me many times. read more

I have gone to Starbucks so many times and it's been great minus a few but this time I go and say I would like a venti Carmel iced coffee will Carmel cream and sugar.. they give me a freaking grande without cream then I say I wanted a venti with Carmel cream and sugar then they give me a venti with JUST cream how STUPID can people get maybe it's a sign that u shouldn't work at a place like that making sure next time I go back she doesn't take my order come on people time to gain some common sense if u flat out didn't hear what a customer said say what's that and u can actually get the correct order come on people read more

If I had one last request in my life I would ask to get a coffee through this starbuck's drive through. I could live another lifetime. The baristas always mess up my coffee. I call corporate about every other week and get promised a refund on my card and still have not received one cent back on my card. I would drive 20 minutes in any other direction to get an over priced coffee somewhere else. When the drinks are messed up the baristas give attitude and like to argue with you. Since DD came to town I've never been back. No need to pay $5 for a Venti when I can pay $2.20 for a similar product.
