This business came through as promised delivered a beautiful bouquet in less than two hours. Initially I had used 1-800-flowers which promised same day delivery but not only did not deliver on time but changed the product to be delivered in 3 more days. I cancelled with them after they failed to deliver yesterday and found this business and couldn't be happier! Beware of using FTD or 1-800-flowers. I didn't even realize this tucked-away little flower shop was in my neighborhood. It's really easy to miss, even walking by. I wanted to get my mom some flowers for her birthday and usually will head to the market for a nice bouquet, but with the WS Bridge out of service I don't love going downtown anymore, especially for just flowers. I walked in and asked if he had any pre-made bouquets and he said no but give him 15-20 minutes and he can make something. He asked my budget and what I was looking for and I said please keep it under $100 and make it colorful (I didn't want it too Fall looking despite a September birthday). I have to agree with the reviews that said the bouquets looked basic. My sister sent me flowers from there and she said the flowers and fillers were quite different from what she ordered. Their more 'reasonable' prices are due to the common flowers they provide, not the gorgeous bouquets pictured on the web site. They seem to rely heavily on the caveat on the web site that says substitutions might be necessary. The bouquet resembled something I could buy at Safeway and was not especially artfully arranged. I was swayed by the good reviews and placed an order with "Our Secret Garden" for delivery a Teleflora floral arrangement. Regrettably, many of the flowers, as well as the beautiful vase pictured on the "Our Secret Garden" website, were not included in the delivered arrangement. Instead, the owner (Alonzo) provided a very inferior vase and flowers that were much more common and different than the ones pictured. My order was placed over the phone, and Alonzo surely had ample opportunity to tell me that what was pictured on his website was not available. I believe he thought I would not see the arrangement that was ultimately delivered. Efforts to resolve the matter went nowhere. Very disappointing . . . read more

I called ahead before ordering to make sure they had the blue block vase and flowers for this arrangement new baby boy arrangement . I was told yes. I ordered deluxe version with a ballon. Recipient sent me a picture and it looks like a clear vase and not as full as the basic version, let alone the deluxe version. I called and was told no balloon was delivered and this was the deluxe version, but the flowers have not bloomed yet. Ordered a bouquet delivery on Valentine's Day about a week beforehand. Nighttime on Valentine's Day and it still hasn't arrived - I called them that night and they said to keep waiting, that it would be there soon. It never did. Next morning, I get an email saying their driver lost the delivery and offering a refund. I took it, but getting my money back doesn't make things right. It's not like I can take that money and go back in time and get flowers from somewhere else - the moment is gone and there's nothing to show for it. 5 days later, they still hadn't issued the refund. I had to email them again, and they finally issued it. I'm really hoping that they just forgot. They offered me a 20% discount code to try them in the next 2 weeks, but that's not enough for me to give them another chance so soon, and it definitely doesn't make up for their mistake. Looking at other reviews, it seems like they do fine when things aren't too busy. Can't say I would recommend them for Valentine's Day. Two stars because at least they did send the refund after I reminded them the 2nd time and made an attempt to make things right. read more
