1st time ordering through Door Dash and I must say I was very impressed with the food and the driver!

I have ordered the bundle meals on 2 occasion. Both times, Outback has given 1 loaf of bread instead of the 2 that comes with the bundle. The first time it happened, I considered it a mistake. The second time, I told my brother to check the food to make sure we got both loaves. He checked it while the person who brought it car-side was still there. The person said he would bring out the second loaf, but never did. My nephew had to go inside to get it. It appears Outback has no problem deliberately leaving out part of the order, probably as a way to increase profits. Granted, one loaf doesn't cost them much, but added up over the course of time does. So my advice...always check your order when it is brought out to your car when you order from Outback Steakhouse. read more

I had a very pleasant time at this particular Outback Steakhouse. I wasn't too busy or terribly loud. The service was very fast, and all of the employees were very welcoming. The food was amazing, and my steak came out medium-rare, like I asked. I would highly recommend eating here if your looking for a nice date night or a good meal! We called ahead to check the wait time,figured it would be about 30 minutes, so we headed to Outback. But, surprise! They seated us in less than 30 minutes. The staff were super friendly and welcoming. Our waiter an older gentleman, wish I'd gotten his name! was a total gem,hilarious and so attentive. He was constantly topping off our drinks before we even realized they were low! We ordered a bunch of dishes to share, a ribeye perfectly cooked!, with mac and cheese and mashed potatoes. We also tried their chicken sammie seriously one of the best I've had. Then there was a sirloin with chicken, the chicken was so juicy and tender, and the steak cooked just right. And oh my goodness, the steak and shrimp pasta delicious, although a little more sauce would've been perfect. The drink flights were a fun treat too. My beer was a cold but wish they had chilled mugs!, but everything else was fantastic. We even snagged the chimichurri steak special another winner! Ordered 16 Oz Prime Rib with shrimp. With potatoe soup. Got the prime rib but no soup. Since I didn't want soup and meat at the same time got a house salad. Unfortunately it had the most flavor of everything I ate and it had to much cheese. Prime rib was tasteless. I added salt several times frying to her flavor 9n the damn thing. The classic big American steakhouse where we stole the onion wonder from Down Under, deep fried it, and still look surprised at how we got so fat! All that and more had with great service here, our trio was well looked after and well fed. Had gift cards so went for it, turf and surf but filets first came out hardly done. Sent back but weren't what I had expected. Oh well, tasty apps with the quesadilla stealing the show for me. Love that chicken one! Forget the steak, it's more money and tougher. This trip was, to say the least, disappointing. We went in at lunch time, it wasn't very full. We ordered non-alcoholic drinks and an order of grilled shrimp for an appetizer. The shrimp came out before the drinks did, but it wasn't super speedy. We each ordered the "unlimited" soup and salad. The salads came out right away. I finished mine quickly, but it sat there for over 10 minutes waiting to be taken away. The server finally came and took the empty dish, but did not ask if I wanted another salad and did not comment about the absence of our soup. After another 5 or so minutes, we requested the soup be brought out. We got our soup, the French onion, which was a $3 upcharge. So now, the $9.99 unlimited soup and salad has become a $12.99 unlimited soup and salad. Until we found out the strawberry salad was another $1 upcharge. $13.99. We were never offered seconds on the soup or salad. We were offered a refill on our drinks, however. We usually love Outback but this time, the server didn't seem attentive, and waiting an additional 15-20 minutes for our soup after we finished our salad seemed a little excessive. read more

First off I want to say I work as a host at the most popular restraunt in town so i totally know how rough the job is.I have been to so many of these restraunts as they are a chain and I usually have a great time. But it all starts off with us calling ahead to put our name down. The host said it's gonna be 40 minutes is that okay we said sure. They asked for a name and a phone number. Which is pretty normal for most restraunts. However we came after waiting 40 minutes and they said it was gonna be another 40 minutes. I understand that your busy but the job of a host is to quote accurate wait times. And make things work out even when your busy. This person clearly was not cut out to be a host. And if this is happening a manager should really know what there team is doing. I totally get having to wait 10 or even 20 minutes. But an extra 40 is fucking ridiculous. I will not be calling ahead or even going back again. read more

We tried Outback this weekend after several years of not going there. We were pleasantly surprised and really enjoyed the experience. I will definitely go back. We both had steaks and also tried a shrimp appetizer. Our server was good and corrected a minor mistake quickly. We used the call ahead service so our wait wasn't too bad. I do feel like the way the seating is managed left some room for improvement. When we were seated there were at least 5 open tables and I felt there should not have been a wait with that many open tables. I also feel the waiting area is congested and too tight for the number of people waiting. We stood while we waited but several groups sat and took up an excessive amount of seating space. My biggest disappointment was that young individuals didn't offer their seats to an elderly couple who came in and had to stand. That isn't anything against Outback at all but should be taken as a reminder to think about that when out in public. read more

Your typical Outback experience. The bloomin' onion is a must have for us whenever we go - the spicy dipping sauce is so good! The steaks are not bad, they cook it based on how you want it. We always take them with mashed potatoes and veggies. Our server was nice and attentive. A good place for dinner where you get your money's worth. read more

It was just an okay experience. Average food, unclean silverware and tables, and good service. We waited around 35 minutes on a Friday night, so we started off with some drinks, which were not bad. However, the bar table has some obvious water stain in front of me, and the waitress didn't bother to clean it when she passed my drink by. When we were seated, there were food crunches on the table and the seats. The food was quite disappointing. Our blooming onions were over fried so it tasted really bitter. The coconut shrimp was not crispy, and both sauce for the appetizers are disgusting. You read it right. The sauce all taste like some unknown but repellent mystery. The steak was cooked well, but too salty. There is not too much to say about my ribs and the mediocre fries. The service was great, actually. So did the ambiance. But the unclean tables (and my silverware), and the below average food was not appealing. I would never expect Outback to be an above-average dining at the weekend again. read more

Don't plan on going back. I went a week ago with my girlfriend , we both got steaks and she got shrimp with hers. My steak was poorly cooked , and hard to chew. Her shrimp was only 4 pieces and had no flavor. The bloomin onion was pretty good though. The food is overpriced for the quality. I normally don't write reviews for chain restaurants, but I'm reconsidering that after an amazing, top-notch dining experience here. We brought in a party of 25 at 4:30 on a Saturday, and the waitstaff and managers could not have been more accommodating or friendly. We had a 95th birthday celebration with the important guest, and the manager gave him his steak dinner for free! After we sang happy birthday, we cut up cake and distributed it to the hardworking folks in the back, the waitstaff, and anyone else who was hungry. The meal was phenomenal-- shrimp/lobster bites were great, steak quesadilla was excellent, and Queen chicken smothered with bacon and cheese- uh, yeah. Special time!! read more

Food and drinks were fantastic. Unfortunately, our meal was ruined by our waiter, Sage. He maybe spent a total of 45 seconds at our table, and every second was unpleasant. He was extremely rude and seemed too distracted by his phone to pay any attention to us. Additionally, he made me and my friends very uncomfortable with inappropriate flirting and sexual remarks. Next to the worst ribeye steak I have ever eaten. I am not a picky eater but this steak pushed my limits. I would have sent it back but I was with family and a time schedule. Outback has gone down hill as far as quality goes. I would never recommend a steak here. Another family member didn't think much of their grilled chicken. I visited here on a Sunday around 2pm. I like being able to put your name on the waitlist online through the app. I ordered the porterhouse pork chop with house salad and mashed potatoes. The potatoes were excellent with a butter and garlic flavor. The pork chop was large but extremely fatty! A lot of it was not edible! The salad was a good size with cheese, cucumbers, red onion , and croutons. I asked for no tomato. The French dressing has a spicy kick too it! I wasn't a fan of the dressing at all. Loved the bread with the meal. My wife had the grilled chicken on the Barbie with mixed veggies. The chicken portion was small but the chicken was cooked properly and had good flavor. The veggies including broccoli, squash , zucchini were fantastic. We maybe back at sometime but not anytime soon. We weren't too impressed with the food at this new location. read more

A successful evening out with the neighbors! On a rare night when the five of us were not working/under heaps of homework, we ventured out for a delicous steak dinner and happily we were not disappointed. Our waiter was friendly and funny. It was an empty Monday night, so he got to the table quickly and got our orders in pronto. A few highlights: -All the steaks ordered that evening were cooked perfectly, always nice. -There are grape tomatoes on EVERYTHING, appetizers, salads, entrees. Jesus, I can only imagine if we'd gotten dessert... Hope you're not allergic. -For five people, meals, apps and drinks, $140 with tip, decent prices can win me over anytime. I took my mom for her birthday and I was hoping for a little song but it didnt happen. I don't remember the server's name, Ashley i think... but she and the manager were very nice. the kitchen was backed up and it took 30 mins to get our appetizers out for which we were comped a dessert, which was great...but the kitchen did not perform well...the sizzling shrimp was so salty, my steak was overcooked, so i was able to get another one which was a little better but not what i asked for. I spent more than what I would have liked and left a tip. this is my first visit since they moved to this location. I'll give it another try. read more

I used to absolutely love Outback. It has changed, the Ribeye was always cooked to perfection with only salt and pepper. The last three times it has tasted of garlic salt and over cooked. A dry ribeye is a sad thing. On the same note, the blooming onion was over cooked. The sauce tasted the same, as well as the batter. Overall a sad experience. On the bright side, the front was well run and greeted us nicely and were confident. The waiter was very nice and attempted to correct things. Visited Outback tonight (10/12/19) with my best friend. First, let me say our waiter, Jeremy, was terrific. Perfect gentleman, attentive, friendly, and service-oriented. Our meals, not so much. Appetizer, so-so. Soups, outstanding. The entrees were lackluster and, disappointing. We each had the newly advertised steak and "crispy" lobster tails. The lobster tails were quite small and not-so crispy; dismal, soggy, and tasteless would be a more accurate description. The filet's, which should be the most tender of all steaks, weren't. While we've enjoyed some decent meals at this restaurant in the past, tonight just wasn't a good night. With tip, about $100. *ouch* Addendum: When asked how I liked the "crispy" lobster, I responded in the same way I've responded here. Not long after, a staff member brought me a freshly steamed lobster tail sans the soggy-breading. The lobster meat was about 2.5" in length (two small bites). If this was management's notion of customer "recovery," that was dismal and lackluster, too. *Thank you Jeremy you were outstanding and we appreciated your consideration. read more

We were looking for a consistent, satisfactory dinner, and we got it. The blooming onion was delightful, as always. They didn't seem to be all that busy, but after the waitress and manager couldn't make my Visa gift card work (although I found out later they were able to take ALL of the value from it, just not to apply it to my bill...), they then wouldn't come back to the table to get my cash and make change. This was a terrible experience. Went in tonight to use a gift card we received and it was only a 5 minute wait which was awesome. However, once we were seated it's like we didn't exist for about 15 minutes. We finally decided to walk out since no one was going to acknowledge that we had been sat down. It shouldn't have to be the customer's job to flag down a waiter/waitress to get service. Won't be going back to this location. Whenever me and my mom go to outback, the food is always delicious and the staff is always kind. Sometimes there is a bit of a wait for the server to come to your table, but the food is always great so I have no complaints there, my family and I will definitely be returning again read more
