This is not your normal Outback. As a "road warrior" I expect Outback to be the same every time, a decent dining experience with familiar flavors. As soon as you pull into the drive you will notice this isn't a normal Outback. The 3 foot by 3 foot pothole in the drive is the first indicator. I ordered my food to go as I normally do. This is the first time my food was not delivered to my car. I had to get out and go inside. My food was sitting on the counter. I guess it is not curbside as advertised. Since the last review we have done take - out a couple of times and sit down. I do not know what happened but the food has not been good. The steak has been over or under cooked. When we did dine in the service was awful and our steak did not taste good it so over seasoned with pepper and another streak was raw. The steaks were ordered to be cooked medium well. This is probably the worst visits I have ever had at any restaurant let alone Outback. To be honest we haven't gone to an Outback in a few years and after this last visit will never return again. Outback had some great pluses at first like an online list waiting and the hostess was extremely friendly and welcoming unfortunately no one was wearing nametags so I couldn't tell you anyone's name. But after being sat It all went down hill from there. Starting we being severed soda water for Sprite and are watriess that ignoring us to the point that she severed table salads around us and a kitchen staff to bring us are one with croutons one without ( come on how do you mess up a salad) and the blooming onion was also alittle under done but the kids were so hungry the eat it all. It was so bad I had to stop other waitress to get bread that we ask for twice and salt and pepper and for the manager again some of the staff was quite helpful and nice. The manger on the other hand not so much. I informed her about the rib eye bone in being rancid and without removing the plate or even look at the plate just took my word for it witch was nice and offered replace it but in all honesty there was no way we were eating anything out of the kitchen tonight. I simply ask for the check for the items we did eat. But at this point I'm thinking to myself nothing came to the table correct but I ice tea way no she missed the lemon I ask for when I ordered. Needless I received a bill witch I paid. But the worst part was the manager talking about it to other people and saying seriously has we leave the building. If it was my store has I believe this to be a franchise I'd be in my store alot more! If I could give it a worst rating and better warning trust me I would. read more

The Yelp Google map is useless - this property is in the 500 block of Lathrop Rd - go a short block N of I-25 on Wyoming Blvd, and turn east on Lathrop Rd - when you get to the top of the hill, there's Outback on the left. It seems that Miracle St just doesn't exist except in the minds of Outback. Tried the mild Kookaburra Wings and a Caesar Salad with shrimp. Wings were OK, not super. I have no idea where they got the recipe for Caesar Salad, but it was nowhere near any I ever had before. It was like a garden salad sans cucumbers and tomatoes with an inappropriate dressing, and no shaved Parmesan cheese. The shrimp were inconsistent, some juicy, some mangled, some dry. The waiters have probably been there at least a month, had little training, and probably will forget to attend to you a lot of the time. Applebee's is just down the hill about a block - ate there too, and recommend it instead. read more

We thought that it was unusual that the parking lot was quite empty but considering that it was a Wednesday it was ok. The dining room was a little bit empty. I thought that the prices were too expensive but we were there. We got the nicest waiter. He was very personable and we talked a lot. He must have been bored because he actually pulled up a chair and sat down while we were eating. We thought that was a novel idea to do. It was great in a way. We enjoyed his company as we learned about Casper and told him where we had been and he needed to go there since it was in his backyard. The food was A-ok no complains. read more

We were on a bus trip and had 14 people at our table. Our director informed them of our pending arrival on 10/21 but management didn't have enough assistance nor enough food to accommodate our group. However, we had Michael B. as our server and he tried his best to make all happy! I felt sorry for him because a lot of people in our group weren't patient and griped too much. I give this Restaurant a 3 star rating due to my experience here. Some months back I had stopped in to eat with my family. Service was good, and food was great. The Burger I enjoyed was cooked exactly as I ordered, and both the Bloom'in Onion and Fries were fresh and hot as well. Most recently about February, I decided to try their online order process, ordering the meal for pick up at least thirty minutes after opening time of the location: or at least so I thought to give them a good amount of time to make the order and have it ready, thus being able to serve indoor customers as well. But when I got the food home, (About 10-15 minute drive), the Bloom'in Onion was not edible, the burgers and steak I ordered were cold. judging from the looks and taste of the meal It seemed like my order was sitting for 20 mins or longer prior to pick up. While every business or establishment will have it's ups and downs. My suggestion for this Restaurant in particular. Eat in, you'll get better quality of food and or service, and if you don't at least then you will have someone to talk to about it. read more

do not order online from this place. I ordered from the inline menu and 10 mins later i get a call from outback telling me that they no longer had the steak and shrimp deal so we had to change half the order which took for ever because the man that was taking the order was incompetent and didn't know the menu very well. when we arrived to pick up our order(we showed up a little later than the pick up time told us.) we sat there waiting for a good fifteen mins. and i could hear them back there and they had not even started on some of our order. finally we received our order and some apologies and not a one offer for discount on any of it for the horrible experience, but ok whatever. i get to my vehicle and go through the bag checking the order and notice i'm missing all of my orders for shrimp. i ordered 2 coconut shrimps and 2 shrimp on the barbie. so i waited for them to make the rest of my order and when i got home and opened up one of the box's for the shrimp on the barbie it wound up having just one skewer of shrimp in it when it was supposed to have two skewers and some toast. horrible experience! read more

We haven't eaten here a awhile, until yesterday. We ordered the blooming onion, which came out sitting in a pool of oil. Then my husband and I ordered the same lunch item, sirloin with GRILLED shrimp, garlic mashed potatoes, and a side salad. Our waiter repeated our order. When the steak and shrimp came out, both of our plates had coconut shrimp instead of grilled. He said we could keep the coconut shrimp. A gracious gesture seeing as he messed up our order. However, I do not like coconut shrimp, which is why I ordered grilled shrimp. Our garlic mashed potatoes were cold, and we didn't receive our salad. We had to request our salad and ended up not even eating our potatoes. We were not the only diners with complaints, the people sitting next to us were served raw ribs and found a hair in their side dish. I hope this restaurant can turn itself around, until then I do not recommend it at all! read more

First walk in, manager JESSICA WATTERS seats us, but not before she finished her conversation about how disgusting a customer before us smelt and how she wishes she could kick out those who "didn't shower properly"..... bad look to start. And then, of course... Food came out wrong AND COLD, 3 out of 4 orders entirely wrong. But it gets better! When the manager was asked to come to the table, she couldn't have possibly acted MORE bothered and annoyed. She talked over us making sure we knew she didn't care how the service was or about the food. One of us returned the plate to the kitchen and did not even touch it and she still wanted to charge for it. She told us there was nothing she could do for us, and when we let her know we would contact corporate she threw a hissy fit. She raised her voice AND threw her hands in my child's face (who is a 1 year old by the way) yelling to us to "have a GREAT NIGHT!! Second time in three weeks that I have given this place a chance to impress me and they have failed both times! They do have something new worth mentioning. Someone finally got smart and came up with what they are calling, "Bloom Petals!" This is a single serving of petals from a Blooming Onion which is perfect for an appetizer for one. I ordered a New item which is the, "Signature Chopped Steak". Twice I have specifically ordered it cooked, "Medium" and asked that they not over cook it and both times it has come out Medium Well! Maybe their cook doesn't know the difference. I also ask specifically for A-1 (original) steak sauce and both times I was given in a small dish, A-1 sauce (Bold)! There is a big difference between the two! Since it is served in a small dish you cannot tell the difference until you taste it. This is a very nice restaurant inside, very clean! It is unfortunate that they are not paying attention to the little things that make the difference between a "Good" restaurant and a "Great" restaurant. It will be awhile before I come back! C.
