I am disappointed that Outback has changed their ribeye steak and seasonings. Remember the awesome steak seasonings they used to use a few years ago? Then they changed to this wood_grilled method, which has no flavor at all. Today my ribeye was a thin, tasteless slab of meat, unlike anything Outback used to serve. Disappointed does not even begin to cover how I felt. Our waitress insisted that is how all their steaks are now. The delivery service is awful. My first time I tried it was when they just started offering delivery. The food was cold with nothing that would try to keep it warm. It just came in a brown paper bag. I figured they needed time to learn how to do delivery. It is several months later and I ordered a second time. No change, the food was cold and came in a brown paper bag. Used to be one of my favorite places to eat. The food is ok, but the people they employ are all inexperienced. Rather than improve service, by bringing in more experienced people or improve the training of their current employees, they run specials to draw in more people. So, you get not just poor service, including wrong orders and late food, the place is filled with trailer trash. The new clientele are crude, rarely bathe, and make noise when they eat. You get long waits and you have to get through a haze of smoke just to get to the front door, despite the signs posted out front. You get to wait around and then sit next to nasty adults and unruly children, while waiting forever for you order, which will be wrong. Eek! Me thinks not. read more

We had a dinner party of 15 people. The management was gracious enough to let us put 6 tables together on the patio so we could be together. I'm giving this establishment 4 stars because of how they recovered from a bad experience I had when I ate there. When I told the manager what happened he offered to have me come back for a meal so he could show me the level of service that outback is famous for. Even though my previous experience was bad it was mostly due to a horrible server and so after going back the food was amazing and the server ~Chad~ was great. Because the way it was all handled I'll be going back to eat here many times this spring and summer I'll be asking for Chad's section. Tip him well he exceeds expectations. read more

Came here on Saturday with a party of 10 about an hour before closing time. Servers were great about accommodating the large group & the cheap members of my party who just ordered water & bread. I used to enjoy this restaurant and their curbside ordering until this past year. Every curbside order has had items left out of the containers and we have had to return to get the items. This is not bread, it's portions of the main meals. Tonight both meal were missing baked potatoes (but they put the topping in the bag) and lobster tail out of a dish. Foolish me check to see that we had the right number of containers never dreaming I should have go out of the car and opened each meal to see they were complete. Not only did we have the drive back, but then we had to wait for the missing items while food was getting cold at home. To be fair, the manager did give us two cards, one for a free appetizer and one for ten dollars off. That would have been satisfactory if this had not happened the last several times my husband and I ordered. The manager's comment: Oh is happens. Instead of saying I'll talk to my staff about being more contentious when assembling orders. If you order curbside ALWAYS check in your containers or have the server review it with you or you might be driving back every time you order. read more

If 0 stars were an option, I would have chose it. The service at this location was the worst I have ever encountered. I called the restaurant earlier in the day to try and reserve a table for my large party, and they informed me that you cannot make reservations. They stated that you can only call ahead to see about seating. My party arrived at 5:48, and reserved the table for 8 people. We were told that the wait time would be 30-45 minutes. Around 6:15, I went to change the number from 8 people to 10. They stated that a very large party had just left and they were cleaning the table to have us seated as soon as possible. Initially, the wait time was 30-45 minutes, and supposedly did not change with the number increase. Two similarly large parties were seated before us, and one lady from the party told me that they called ahead. This would have been fine if we had not arrived before them. Not to mention that Outback informed me prior to us coming that they did not make reservations. We were seated at 7:17 after inquiring about the wait time several times. The manager finally came over to let us know that they were cleaning a table for us, and that a few parties sat longer than they anticipated. He was very polite and offered us a $20 gift card for appetizers which we appreciated, however, the damage is already done. Then, when we finally were taken to our table, we are seated in the very BACK of the store, while the other large parties that sat before us were in the front. Our waiter was awesome and the manager came back to our table to check on us. But this experience is beyond repair. I would hate to think that this issue is about race and or discrimination, however it is very apparent. My party was rather large, yes I understand, but I had friends come from different cities to celebrate my birthday, and I deeply regret it. My experience was wonderful. The only thing I could say that was less than desirable was the wait. However, my friend and I sat at the bar and had 2 for 1 drinks and some cheese fries. I would give this a 0 star but that is not an option. I called 4 times just to put my order in because the phone was off the hook so I called again and got transfered from the host station. I put in my order which included a ground fed burger with fries and my 9 oz steak with baked potato, broccoli and I paid for an additional side of asparagus for 3.99. I get to to the restaurant and I have to go inside because of the renovations they are doing to the togo side the 2 guys at the host station are too busy talking to each other for them to notice that I am standing right in front of them until I said "excuse me I have a togo order." I got home and I have no broccoli which would now mean that I have 2 sides and not the 3rd that I got charged for. I called them and they will not refund the charge but will have no problem requesting my personal information to send me a free appetizer coupon in the mail to my house because they do not refund. I claim that it is fraud because they charged me for something I didn't get and won't give me my money back. Such crooks I will not be back and neither will anyone who doesn't want money taken from them. By the way the steak was rare not medium and was extremely fatty and disgusting. read more

Wife, son, daughter-in-law amd myself had dinner there last Saturday night. Wifes fish was really THICK, smelled fishey, sons ribeye was full of gristle, daughters steak was really well done, my victorias steak was just ok, nothing special. The atmosphere has changed from friendly to formal and the decor was like a dark Chicago steakhouse. nobody was smiling, the servers clothers were black, pants and long sleeve shirts. Disappointed to say the least. We were served by Tyler at 16:59. We had really poor service several years ago and finally redeammed a do over recently, service and food were exellent. NOT THIS TIME, we will be back again in several years. poor service and really poor food will make us go elsewhere, there are MANY resturants in the area to choose from. I had an absolutely wonderful experience! I had a coupon so I figured we'd go ahead and plan a dinner out with our shopping trip. The wait wasn't too bad, especially since the host brought appetizer samples around the lobby. Menus were also placed on the small tables so I could narrow down my options; Outback offers quite a menu. We were sat in a little under our quoted time, and promptly greeted by our waitress Hannah. I cannot say enough good things about Hannah! She made great entree recommendations (filet+ coconut shrimp with steakhouse mac and cheese; salad with ranch AND tangy tomato on the side) and made sure we were aware of happy hour just in case we were interested in a beverage (not too pushy). She made sure our drinks stayed full the entire visit and quickly brought us anything we could want (bread, sauces, etc.). While wrapping up my husband made a comment on how tall she was and she proceeded to tell us how she played volleyball in college and we carried on quite the conversation. Hannah just had a wonderful personality and it is great to really be taken care of. We are signing up for their rewards program, and when we do come back we are only sitting with Hannah! read more
