I sat at the bar a usual - absolutely a local bar- appears that customers party with the wait staff - lots of personal talking but that's ok. just loud. Food was ok - I'm here for work so it was ok - at the end - everyone was super nice to me!!! Sooo - came here again based off last night. It got worse . Not the same server - I waited over 40 min for my entree - I could hear the kitchen staff screaming. The food - again just ok. She was great, kind, informative, and provided excellent customer service. We tried to get a porterhouse but they stated they don't serve those anymore. Stopped by because I was really craving Outback and some of my favorites and the ambiance was just as I remembered! My table of two did not have a reservation but we were still quickly seated in a booth. Our server was great and quickly brought out the brown bread that was fresh and warm and of course I asked for extra butter and a side of honey. For appetizers we option for the blooming onion and it was just as good as I remembered but it was a tad oily. For entrees, I went for my favorite, the alice spring chicken with extra honey mustard on the side and it was SO good. The brussel sprouts were also very tasty! 'Twas the day before Christmas it was pretty empty no wait on seating. We sat down and our server came about 5 minutes after. Took our order and it took nearly 40 minutes for our 1 lunch sirloin and salad and burger. And she never came back to refill our drinks and checked on us. She only had 3 tables and it was so slow. I went ahead and paid the tab on the tablet because we got tired of waiting for her to come back to our table. Definitely hit or miss here. read more

The temperature was very cold for two people in our party, the music was loud, and we waited over 45 minutes for food to some out. I usually start my reviews about the ambience & whatnot but I'm starting with the food this time. I ordered the 18oz bone-in ribeye (medium rare) & it was cooked AND seasoned to perfection! It was juicy, tender, & delicious! I cannot rave enough about this steak. Kudos to whoever the chef was tonight! For my sides, I ordered the sweet potato & the blue cheese wedge salad. Sweet potato was small but very tasty. The first (yes, I said first. The one in the photo is salad #2) blue cheese wedge salad was delicious UNTIL I tasted the mound of salt someone added to it. OMG it was awful! The salt was too much & ruined the salad. I had to send it back & order another one without salt (which you have to apparently say). Who puts salt on a salad?!? Yuck! FYI Outback, let the guest add their own salt. Our waitress, Shay, was fantastic!! Her personality was A+! Thanks, Shay, for the amazing service tonight!! I'd give zero stars if I could. We walked in and requested one of the many open tables in the bar so we could see a TV. Host told us because of a server rotation rule he had to seat us in a different area away from bar. He said we were welcome to sit at the bar if we wanted, but there were clearly no open seats together. So we sat where we didn't want to sit, waited several minutes and never saw the server that we were forced in to that section for, left and went to Longhorn instead. read more

The host was great. Came to open and hold the door for everyone. We were seated within 10 min. The food came out fast even the people that brought the food out was pretty great. Our server just wasn't the best didn't have the best services or attitude just blank and not really there. I don't know I can't really describe it. And certain stuff you would expect her to do or bring she didn't but she might of been new and I might expect more then norm because I've been a server since 16 so everybody is different but other then that the vibes were great just a lil cold and our server could of done better but the food was great per usual. 10/10 for food.... service 8/10 read more

The staff were fine. Everyone was courteous and professional. Food was fine. But take a little pride in the restaurant and its cleanliness. The floors were filthy. There were crumbs, trash, a hair tie with hair in it, the end of a loaf of bread, all on the floor, which was greasy and slippery, and that was just my walk to the bathroom. The bathroom stunk and was also unkempt. The mirror was stained. There was soap stains on the walls under each soap dispenser and even dry wall dust just left piled up under where the paper towel dispenser was installed. And it looked like it had been there a while. Really makes me fear what the kitchen may look like. Just sayin. read more

Not sure where the food was to be honest, went there last night and we had a party of 6 around 830 pm. We all had ordered steaks medium rare, one was well and sent back along with the side dish, by the time it came back the rest of the party was finished. Had to also ask for bread , no refills offered on soda or water . Steaks all had way too much salt on them. With steaks running $30 and over i would have hoped for a better product. Service was a bit slow, but the restaurant was busy as expected on a Saturday night and Father's Day Eve. Our wait to be seated was only about 10 minutes. Our appetizer can quickly but the shrimp looked like it was thrown on the bread. Our server had a very large party and additional tables so I understood her slowness. Thank you for that. Now that we are seated, we wait and wait and wait and wait and wait and wait and wait and finally someone comes over asking if we have been helped. Things just went downhill from there. From our appetizers coming after our entrees to not having the food prepared as expected to whispers of staff members quitting on the spot....WOWZERS!!! 'Twas a lot going on that day. I'm sure everyday is not that bad but this was my experience and I hate that it happen on my Dad's birthday dinner but it is what it is. I rarely come here and I remembered why.... The food was mediocre. I ordered a filet and requested it butterflied and medium well. It was not butterflied (pictured). I also ordered broccoli and a loaded baked potato. The broccoli was not seasoned and when i requested it to be seasoned, they dumped seasoning salt on it and sent it back, cold (pictured). Our waitress, Breann P. was okay,. She checked on us and brought what we asked. One of my friends ordered Salmon and stated that it was not cooked thoroughly. My steak came out medium RARE. The broccoli was cold, and the potato was barely warm enough to melt the cheese.
