I noticed an issue with the work done on my car and the workers dismissed my concern and hung up on me. I had my father call as well, and they hung up on him too. The mechanic who supposedly fixed the flex pipe, used the wrong supplies and I ended up having to pay another company to fix their work. This is the only mechanic shop I have ever had an issue with. I choose them after doing a lot of research on local auto repair shops in the area, including Wilmington, DE. This place is about 30 minutes away from my home or a $38 Uber charge each way, but well worth it with the attention to detail and reasonableness of the costs. Her radiator busted and Tony replaced it with a new one. They also checked all the hoses and belts for her. Price was acceptable although I felt it was higher than it should have been considering it is only an hour of labor plus parts and a gallon of antifreeze.
