Yeah, me neither. Until I had the great fortune of calling Frank, The Grill Man to repair a couple of issues with my grill. He was all of the above, plus the price was exactly as quoted on the phone. Scheduled the appointment online, which was very easy to do, and received a call from the company a week before our appointment letting us know they had a cancellation and if we wanted, they could come out that day. Fortunately, we were available. Hugo arrived promptly and took a look at the grill. Set up a large cloth/tarp on the back patio and moved the BBQ on top of it. I appreciated that extra step because who knows what could have gotten on the patio during the cleaning. He was very through in his cleaning, inside and out of the grill.
