Eric not only assisted in purchasing the tile (and getting a great deal) but also with some design elements including an ingenious access panel on our whirpool tub that will allow us to easily service the plumbing and motor. Eric and his crew are extremely conscientious, reasonably priced, and hardworking. He was at our house from 8am to 7pm a couple of nights in order to get the project moving along quickly! They showed up on time and stayed on schedule. Eric is very fastidious about cleanliness (an uncommon trait in the tile guys I have worked with) and left the job site cleaner than he found it, even taking time to polish the tub. Disaster. I would like to give than less than one star. The demo team came in and did a nice job,…read morebut they overcharged me for the demo. A refund was not offered until I complained. Next, the guy came to measure. He told me that my countertop was not wide enough for the granite backsplash that we paid for. That turned out to be wrong. There was room. Then the guys came to install the countertops. They cracked one of them because they used an aluminum level instead of a proper brace to support it during installation. They patched the crack, but it still has a crack in it. The other separate section of countertop was dull and all scratched up. Terrible. I told them to remove it, fix it, and bring it back. They did nothing. Finally I had to convince them to "refurbish" it. This should have been done before they brought it. They were paid $499 to install my plumbing and disposal. They arrived, and decided not to do it after they had been paid. In addition, they left a terrible mess in my yard that took me over an hour to clean up. The "additional" charges they list for services related to granite installation are highway robbery. It was truly a horrible experience, and it didn't have to be that way. I will never do business with them again.

The ladies running the countertops and painting departments were really nice and got me scheduled for paint and countertops. I ended up hiring a painter before our painting appointment came. Countertop person came over to measure and he informed me that there would be a fee of $150 to get a quote. It was an automatic turn off. No other companies do this. It should have been mentioned before we even booked the appointment. He gave me a ballpark number that was at least 7k to 10k over the company I intend to use. Appointment was a waste of time. Don't recommend you fall for the same thing I did. Look elsewhere
