The portions are massive and the bao bun was also pretty large. I was not able to finish all of my food. Food was amazing. I asked for chili oil and it had a smokiness, and still put out some spice. He proceeded to let me know I was wrong and that even though the menu did not say the Chattanooga Roll had slaw poured all over it that he was right because he knows what he's talking about. So forewarned - if you order the Chattanooga Roll it will be slathered in mango salsa like Bunyans slaw on a hot dog. Don't make it make sense that it's not listed that way on the menu- you should know extra ingredients are on items randomly on the menu.
