I've been to this Nothing But Noodles countless times. It's a great fast casual spot to ride out the heavy traffic on University Drive/Highway 72. I typically order the Thai Lettuce Wraps appetizer and the Chicken Potstickers appetizer. They also have airplane style wines (you know, single service small plastic wine bottles) by the cash register where you order and pay, which is an added bonus! As Colin T. mentioned, it is an order at the counter, take a number, and they call you when your order is ready type of place. The staff here have always been courteous, and the restaurant is clean. There isn't much if anything Nothing But Noodles can do about it but the exit from the strip mall parking lot to Enterprise Way (south side of NBN) is a little tight and tricky to navigate and pro tip, there are 2-3 parking spaces on the east side of Nothing But Noodles which is the back of the restaurant. read more

We ordered food to go, 2 entrees with 2 large drinks and 2 desserts, and this was honestly some of the worse food i've had in a WHILE. I got the lobster ravioli, the filling was great and the rest of it was just bad, the sauce pairing is incredibly weird and the only cheese was really plasticy and melted into the container. The pasta itself was gummy and I assume it was frozen and microwaved, it definitely wasn't the worse but not worth the 13 I paid for it. My husband got the chicken parm, and it tasted like Chinese noodles with chicken nuggets on it, again not at all worth the money. I got a cannoli and it was one of the better items, it was sizable and had a traditional cannoli filling but the entire thing was SMOTHERED in really cheap artificial chocolate sauce that really ruined it for me. My husband got the mango pie, and I would've given the place 2 stars but that might be one of the worse things i've ever eaten. It smells and tastes exclusively of chemicals and cotton candy and I genuinely can't get the taste out of my mouth now, you can get a similar experience from just drinking straight artificial flavoring it's BAD. The best part was the drink area, the Caribbean black tea was great and i'd honestly go back just for that. Ultimately I might try it again incase this was a really weird fluke considering their other good reviews, but my experience was so horrible it's bordering hilarious. The food here is always hot and fresh. I order food from here constantly. I have ordered in person and delivery services. It is always prepared exactly how I like. The fettuccine Alfredo is a classic favorite. If you like spicy food, the Spicy Cajun (spicy) and Santa Fe (moderately spicy) pasta are good. I switch the noodles for fun sometimes. The concept of this place reminds me of a place that I used to frequent in college. I like the virtual limitless combinations that should leave no-one dissatisfied. Kids options are good too - even for the fickle crew like mine. Service was fair but I would recommend a little more emphasis on the velocity of service - the noodles don't take long after all and the additions are all premade. The thing that kept me coming back to the place I went to in college was that I was in and out in the time it took me to order and eat, plus about 10 minutes. Fast! And I admit that, being dirt broke at the time it had to be cheap. I think the prices here are fair, but this place isn't cheap. I think Yelp needs a category for "broke college students" - I'd have probably found it useful had the internet even been a thing back then! Over all, we will probably be back at some point, but I can't see this being a destination spot for us, just a stopping point on our daily journey once in a while! Phil's down the way had a 30 minute wait and my folks were hungry. That led us down the walk to Nothing. One for the money...two for the show, and that's where it's over for me. The food was extremely overpriced. The service was great--the only reason that I give them two stars. Stuffed pasta tasted like artichoke-spinach dip stuffed in a wet noodle, only there are no chips. Greasy on top, and gross. I do not recall what my wife or daughter had...but they only ate about a third of their food, too. Craziness for $50+. This place even charges you for breadsticks!? It's really gone downhill.. Our orders were messed up, which happens, however, took over 15 minutes to prepare new for a very simple dish. The food itself is nothing special. Really disappointed by Nothing but Noodles now. I ordered to go for a fundraiser at the beginning of May and the manager and staff appeared very agitated about it. My $98 to go with a good tip for a to go order was packaged correctly but when I mentioned the fundraiser at pickup the young boy rolled his eyes and started an attitude so I'm sure it wasn't his fault at all but some sort of management fault. That wasn't the main issue tho. I drove home and handed out all of the items I ordered and the ordered were correct, so that was a huge thankful plus since I didn't check at the store. My favorite is the Southwest Chipotle (actually it's all of our favorites) and the sauce was very thin and watered down. It had very little flavor, I added some additional crushed red pepper and parm and some other spices and seasonings (salt garlic etc) so the dish has some taste to it. The chicken had a gummy texture on the outside. I ordered additional onions and red peppers on one of them and was given the same amount as the normal one I ordered. I subbed the fettuccine noodles for the penne and the fettuccine was stuck together and over cooked. The breadsticks were super hard when I got home although they were wrapped in foil. The mozzarella sticks were okay. This time they didn't have that rancid smell or taste as precious so that was a huge plus. I'm disappointed in the sauces now, everything seemed very just watered down and very thin, nothing stuck to the noodles and it feel to the bottom of the bowl. Ever the sides of sauce I ordered for extra dipping were very thin. After being a nothing but noodles fans since they opened in Huntsville I hate to say that I may not return after this experience. This location can be hit or miss at times. We frequent it more often since it is closer to us. The food is usually good, but if something is wrong with your order it takes time to flag a person and get it fixed. Their steak is horrible- pieces that are only fat and they fry it till it's hard and greasy. There have been many times we have ordered extra broccoli ($1.50 or so) and had only a few pieces. While eating an employee is picking plates up and reaching over our plates while we are taking bites. She picked something up my daughter was still eating. read more

I ordered the Spicy Japanese Noodles and they were spot on in the spicy department just how I like. The broccoli was lacking in quantity and the $2.50 for 4 oz of tofu laughable; but it was otherwise a hot and steamy food affair. Kudos to the cook (5 stars for the bowl I received). BUT I had to pray a prayer of protection over my food several times. Here is my issue: we are in a pandemic, covid19, and I spot the cook and another employee preparing food with masks BENEATH their noses. I mean really? This irks me as this is unsafe! Even worse, the young man taking orders on the register AND PACKING other food orders kept adjusting his mask WITHOUT changing his gloves. So I call him out on it. He looks shocked and nervous at the same time, attempts to tell me he isn't touching my food (though he is CLEARLY touching many other orders) and then goes to switch gloves only after I say something (he clearly practices cross contamination on a regular, I'm convinced). I watched this dude touch his face mask so many times and with the SAME gloves wrap his entire hand around someone's breadsticks. I mean touching everything. You could even see the oil stains on his mask from constantly adjusting it with oily gloves on from the food. Absolutely unsanitary, unsafe, and a great way to get covid19 from cross contamination. I watched this guy like a hawk! Gross. This establishment needs to better train its employees on safe practices with food prep while in a pandemic (since you got your doors open for business), how to properly wear masks, changing gloves regularly, and going page by page through the food safety book AND triple check for compliance.
