Despite unforeseen conditions requiring repair of the plumbing connection that was to remain, and two toilets that were leaky from manufacturing defects, JF Plumbing and Heating responded on the fly, taking the working parts of each while diagnosing slapdash repairs by the previous owner - that may have led to the broken toilet we had to replace - in the process. As of the day after replacement, everything sems in great working condition. JF returned and again snaked the drains. Very nice technicians and hopefully the job is completed for good. However, I was charged another $350!!!! I called to ask why I was charged again for what was clearly a redo of the previous job 2 days prior that was not successful. I was told it was the company's policy to charge for another visit. Apparently the company does not stand by their work. I do not recommend.
