I could not believe how reasonable the quote was - we were going out of town and he was going to do while we were gone before our renters checked in. He also mentioned he cleaned gutters and as that was also so reasonable and they were clogged with pine needles and high up I had him do that as well. We just got home and it took us awhile to figure out what was different...our windows! They are so clean and it even had snowed while we were gone and they are spotless...my gutters are beautiful not a pine needle to be found. I will recommend Kyle to all of my clients!

She emailed me a proposal for $850 which I promptly signed and returned. On the day the work was scheduled, Vic arrived and promptly called my cell phone and told me "There is no way I'm cleaning your windows for less than $1,500" I reminded him that he has done my windows twice before and the house and it's windows haven't changed. I also reminded him that we were under contract. I'm so disappointed that Roman Window Cleaners would refuse to perform work they were contracted to do. In short, Roman Window Cleaners does top quality work, but I am stunned that they would attempt to upcharge me dramatically on the day they were contracted to clean my windows.
