Michael Levin, my PT and the whole Outpatient staff were amazing during my 10 weeks of therapy. My goal was to gain strength in preparation for a complex foot surgery. Michael focused on more than strength training, helping to heal my sprained ankle, hip and knee. He varied the exercises to meet my needs, taught me how to continue the practice at home, and celebrated my success along the way. His enthusiastic personality made the sessions fly by and I always left feeling better than when I'd arrived. The front desk staff were also great. They greeted each client by name upon entering the clinic and made scheduling the twice weekly appointments a breeze. There was a light hearted vibe throughout the clinic, indicating that people enjoyed their jobs. I can actually say that I'm looking forward to returning to physical therapy after foot surgery. I choose the Kent location for my second rotator cuff surgery recovery (same shoulder) and I'm glad I did. The manager and staff were extremely nice to me and my recovery is progressing very well. For those of you contemplating rotator cuff surgery, do not try to be a poster child for the quickest recovery - it will take a solid six to 12 months for the repair to heal so don't push it like I did. read more

These folks are SO impressive, HIGHLY recommend. I recently sustained a knee injury which required physical therapy--a first in my life. The PT I received here healed me up quickly and I got excellent advice, PT exercises to do at home which augmented my healing further, and I felt comfortable and confident in the care I received from beginning to end. Toni was my kind and smart therapist and she is deserving of raves. Simply awesome! But everybody I interacted with was kind and informative. You can't go wrong here. Also, their COVID SOPs are tight, they are friendly and fun, and educated about what they do. Billing couldn't have gone more smoothly either! I have had really good experiences in this clinic. I have had both John and Chris as physical therapists. They listen and are empathetic to the patient's needs. It's easy to make an appointment. Not too much paperwork to get started in therapy. This is a large clinic, so lots of options for equipment. Even though this is a bit of a drive for me, I come here because I feel like I get the best care. read more

I am seeing Sue now for the second time for different problems and I am having amazing recovery of hip bursitis and lower back pain. Even my doctor told me to keep continuing the treatment because it is working. Sue is a very nice person, works hard on you and always makes me feel confident and confortable. With all the visits I did I never saw any of the staff members doing any kind of bad behavior or rudness. They are friendly and makes you feel confortable and at home. I also see Sara for massage therapy and she is amazing. She is very knowledged and precise with the techniques to release the pain. I am very happy and I highly recommend them read more

As an update, just so fellow Yelpers know, and in an effort to let Sue know how her office did. I had thought of pulling my review down because in fairness John left/got fired. Unfortunately, even though he left, not much changed. After my second surgery, I was once again given a referral to your office. I figured since I'd already built up some familiarity after the last run through, and since I'm a labor and industry patient and have to just take what I can get, I'd try again. First off, my referral got "lost" quite often, even though I called to resend it more than once. Showed up for my first appointment, and was told to leave. Not because I'd done anything wrong, but because somehow my referral, which had been sent multiple times, and verified by your office staff, had somehow managed to not even route it to the insurance company for approval. So I ended up waiting twelve weeks for an appointment. When I questioned your office staff, she responded by explaining everything with a smile. I came to understand that she does what by reflex when nervous, but at the time it was as if she was mocking me. I did not appreciate it, and said as much. Which of course put me on the office manager's list of people to kick out. Cool. Whatever. Didn't care that much except it was a nearly daily topic of conversation. If Sue wants to kick out a patient let her. I'd prefer it to having it rubbed in my face each visit. "Oh how kind and merciful is Sue for not kicking you out?" Whatever....why have me come all the way to your office for an appointment that hasn't been approved? Just call me and tell me over the phone. Easy, right? Now Brian was as good a physical therapy guy as I could ask for. I think the biggest issue was, because of the twelve week wait on getting in to be seen, there turned out to be only so much he could do. So it's hard to fault Brian. I was willing to be pushed as far as they'd ask me to push, and I felt like I was finally making some by improvements, when all of a sudden, insurance company steps in, and stops treatment. My doctor got involved, Brian got involved, lawyer got involved, and they solved the issue......for two weeks. Did I need more treatment? Yeah, I did. Did Brian do his best to get things worked out? I think so. I think what bothered me was the abruptness of it. Brian knew it was my last treatment visit and didn't tell me until the last five minutes. I thought we still had at least three more visits. Now, I'll grant you, what more can be done in three visits? No idea, since I didn't have them. After all that I think maybe they improved. Office end is garbage, and should never think they have any control over who gets treatment and who doesn't. If you can stomach the nastiness and confusion of the office end, the therapy staff, with one possible exception are good at what they do. Additional: Don't contact me again. Why you even bothered to contact me at all, let alone six months later, after the mess you made on employment recommendations is astonishing. Which leads me to the last point. Your occupational health people are truly awful. Frequently distracted, and nearly always confused by their own paperwork. Not a good sign. Now, I do realize some of the is not their fault. No reason they needed to add to the nightmare though. read more

I saw Andrew for back pain, tendinitis in both elbows, and hip pain. He showed me some simple nerve glide exercises/stretches that been extremely beneficial. Highly recommend! read more

I have been a patient of Outpatient Physical Therapy on and off for 15 years. I have needed multiple neck and back surgeries, and I needed to rehab my upper arm after I needed surgery for a broken/crushed bone. I have been the patient of Sue all those years. Sue is incredibly knowledgable in all aspects of PT/rehab. My neurosurgeon in Bellevue, and orthopedic surgeon both have been very impressed with Sue. I have also seen Chris, and Rene for PT. they are also very good. I must add, Sue is tough. She pushed me so I would get better, but she also recognized when there was a problem, and contacted my Doctor immediately. Once again the Doctor was impressed by her knowledge. There are Outpatient Physical Therapy offices closer to me, but I trust Sue and because my doctors trust her with my complicated back issues I will continue to go here when needed. Hopefully it will not be needed for a while. In conjunction with Physical therapy I have seen Sara for Massage therapy. Sara worked with Sue to understand what my biggest issues were and worked those areas. I was very impressed with Sara. She is a great massage therapist. read more

I had my first appointment for issues with my hands and after some further "testing" they determined I may have other problems and are having my Dr. refer me to a neurologist. I am glad they took the time to check things out as I hate to use up all my appointments if the problem really lies elsewhere. Once I have the neurologist testing done I will go back to determine if we need to take a different approach to this. read more

I wouldn't recommend this place. There is one male therapist and his resident, they use this trick relaxant therapy that is used to control the pain. Don't do it. For two days I couldn't function normal. I was falling asleep in the car while driving home. I felt high all day. Next day I couldn't return to my regular tasks, I was still in pain and my brain was on vacation. Terrible stuff. read more

Terrible experience. I have an open L&I claim for a broken hand and very good medical insurance and they refused to see me. Too afraid they would not get paid. Not apologetic, not appreciative that I had contacted them and very unfriendly. They were a referral from my doctor and I could not be more disappointed. This business needs a lot of work on the business and customer service side. read more
