The downside of this brewery is that they don't always have a dark or darker beer. I ordered the Macaw -- unusual but very delicious in the most delighted way possible. My husband's specialty cocktail held its own right alongside it. I made it my mission to eat as locally as possible and Level 5 delivered completely. The Mole Poblano was extraordinary. My husband's duck dinner had him going moaning and groaning in pleasure. Our waitress was warm and wonderful, and finding out she had Pacific Northwest roots made us feel right at home from about 1,500 miles away.
