It was really nice. We would stay there again. We stayed in the new building, which I think they call Broadway. Breakfast is not included. They charge $20/per person which I first through was high until I got used to the town. Jackson is very expensive. Other than getting a breakfast burrito to go from D.O.G. (which is awesome, by the way) you will find $20 to be on par, or cheaper, than any other breakfast you can get in town. Plus, this one is cooked to order and served in the relaxed atmosphere of the Inn. If you need breakfast included there is one other hotel in town in the same price range that offers a buffet, but having stayed at Huff House, Since breakfast may be a sticking point for some, it shouldn't be. Here's why; there are a lot of food options in town. We stayed at Huff House for 4 nights. Had breakfast there once. It was superb. No complaints, but it was also nice to try some of the other places right next door (Cafe Genevieve, Persophone, and D.O.G.). I think you will like the variety PLUS you have a fridge and microwave in your room so you may just have leftovers from last night's dinner you'll want to heat up instead. Options! I wouldn't stay anywhere else. It's great.

Lovely Hotel, But Transparency Matters…read more Our Junior Suite was thoughtfully designed--spacious, clean, and cozy, with a propane fireplace that gave it a warm touch. We loved having two sinks in the bathroom setup--it made mornings a breeze. The front desk team was kind and welcoming, but there were definite gaps in communication between what I booked online and what the hotel had on file. I had ordered chocolate-covered strawberries for arrival and boxed lunches for our hiking day--neither were acknowledged, and the strawberries never showed up. Also, a $35/night hotel fee popped up that was never disclosed during booking. Thankfully, it was waived due to the service issues, but it's something other guests should be aware of. Would I stay again? Yes. Overall, it's a very nice place to stay--comfortable, clean, and in a good location--but the pricing does feel a little inflated for what you actually get. Then again... that's Jackson Hole!

Isaiah greeted us at the valet, welcomed us, took our keys and luggage, and told us to go check in and he would take care of everything and meet us at our room. What a great first impression! The lady who checked us in then personally walked us to our room, showed us its features, and told us about the coffee bar, spa, outdoor seating areas, and everything the hotel had to offer. That level of personal service continued throughout our stay. Every employee was friendly, welcoming, and constantly asking if there was anything they could do for us. Our room and beds were great, and we loved the coffee bar just outside our room. The outdoor areas were beautiful, especially the peaceful mountain-view area near the stream and the larger rooftop deck with the fireplace and fire pit. The location is fantastic--only about a block from Jackson's Town Square, so we could walk almost everywhere. Beautiful hotel, great location, comfortable rooms, but what really sets the Rusty Parrot apart is the people and the service. First class all the way around. We will definitely stay here again!

On our first full day at the lodge we saw a moose with her two calves. Later, two juvenile red-tailed hawks frequently rested on the rocks by the creek that runs next to the house. A fox and deer visited as well. The manager of the property, Meg, was very accessible, and tended to all our needs. She is a warm, friendly person, as is Chef Renee. Breakfasts were quite a treat, and the evening meals were akin to fine dining. We planned our vacation for over a year, as this was our first extended family trip in quite a while. We came from Washington, Oregon, Georgia, and North Carolina. Wyoming and The Wildflower Lodge did not disappoint. None of us were ready to leave when our week was up. An epic vacation!

This location is central to walking all of downtown Jackson Hole while being just off the main square so it stays quiet. The breakfast is actually pretty great with lots of offerings and we filled up before setting off on our daily adventures. The rooms were spacious, clean and quiet. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. They are still experiencing some hiccups, the elevators kept going down, but at least one stayed functional at a time. We would absolutely stay here again and suggest you do too!

As for the hotel comfort: this hotel is clearly a redo from an old hotel. Marriott has put their stamp on it and standardized to the SpringHill style and expectations. The room provided a couch with a pull out bed, workspace, fridge, microwave and a comfortable bed. Plus our room provided a great view of the ski slopes although no balcony. It looks like some rooms have balconies. The hotel also provides a heated pool and spa. Next to a pool area, there is a small exercise room. Lastly the hotel provides a suitable breakfast every morning: which consist of fruit, rotating breakfast items, cereal and more. As an ambassador member of Marriott, we were provided a welcome gift. Unfortunately they did not provide us a room upgrade.
