If you are looking for a hotel close to the ski slopes and the heart of downtown Jackson, WY, then this a perfect location for you! The ski slopes is just a 5 minute walk. And if you go out the front door, you'll be immediately in downtown Jackson and close to the performing arts center. Plus right across the street is a brewery that has daily happy hour. As for the hotel comfort: this hotel is clearly a redo from an old hotel. Marriott has put their stamp on it and standardized to the SpringHill style and expectations. The room provided a couch with a pull out bed, workspace, fridge, microwave and a comfortable bed. Plus our room provided a great view of the ski slopes although no balcony. It looks like some rooms have balconies. The hotel also provides a heated pool and spa. Next to a pool area, there is a small exercise room. Lastly the hotel provides a suitable breakfast every morning: which consist of fruit, rotating breakfast items, cereal and more. As an ambassador member of Marriott, we were provided a welcome gift. Unfortunately they did not provide us a room upgrade. read more

My husband and I had a 3-night reservation at SpringHill Suites, and we were both highly satisfied with our stay. It was much affordable compared to other Marriott brands in the area but does not compromise on cleanliness and comfort. Location of the hotel was everything. It was about a 15-minute ride from the airport and Grand Teton National Park. It's also right in downtown and walkable from all the shops, restaurants, bars, and Jackson Square. Appreciated that they offered complimentary breakfast, which was not bad at all. It had a variety of hot and cold food, and I was all about their oranges. I kept stocking up on them because they were so sweet and made for the perfect no cost snacks when my husband and I were out and about. There's water (hot & cold) and coffee available all day. Their onsite gym was actually one of the nicest and biggest I've seen for a SpringHill Suites. We plan to come back to Jackson during the Spring or Summer and will look forward to staying at this hotel again. read more

Brought my family here for our first family vacation in about 15 years. This hotel was perfect for our large group. The location was perfect about 2 blocks from the square. It was reasonably priced. Robes in every room. Hot tub was fun to hang out in after skiing. The free breakfast was perfect for everyone with a variety. I can't speak enough about the hotel staff. They were accommodating to what we needed. They allowed us to have game night while we had our drinks and ordered pizza in the lobby. Highly recommend staying here. read more

Absolutely amazing location; quick drive from the Jackson Hole Airport, walking distance to numerous shops and restaurants in downtown Jackson Hole, quick drive up to Jackson Hole Ski Resort (less than 25 minutes), easy drive into Grand Tetons as well as Yellowstone. The staff are very nice, it is extremely clean, with nice modern-Western mountain decor. There is underground parking for hotel guests as well as a parking structure right across the street but that structure is owned by another entity but it is free. There is also on-site laundry but I believe it takes coins. If (more like when) we come back to Jackson Hole, we would absolutely stay here again. read more

Sadly, while the rooms are very nice, new, and clean, the "through the wall" AC units are very loud. A great location, but a poor night's sleep due to the noise. Guests freely share this complaint on property and I don't understand why I have not read about it more in the reviews. The front dest could offer no relief and confirmed that there is no fix unless the AC units are replaced. Not up to Marriott standards. read more

This hotel is in walking distance to the center of town, tons of restaurants, stores and Snow King Mountain. Our room was nice and spacious with a seating area. The bathroom was huge and the beds were comfy. Our room was facing the pool which was rarely used (we came in winter). It's heated. They also have a hot tub which we did not use. The hotel has a gym and a small snack store. The staff was friendly and helpful. There is a free breakfast buffet which we used each day. Tons of seating and lounging area available. All day hot chocolate and coffee was available. The hotel offers a free shuttle bus (make sure you sign up) to Jackson Hole Mountain Resort. You can also take a public bus for $3PP each way. There is free parking across the street or pay to park downstairs ($16 I think). We enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back! read more

I stayed the night in Jackson hole just before heading home and stayed here at the Springhill suites by Marriott. The hotel is located just a few blocks away from the downtown Jackson hole area and seems fairly new. The rooms are super nice and bathroom was large with a very smart concept of having the shower handle on the opposite side of the showerhead. Both are super comfy and overall pretty clean. In the morning we went downstairs to have our complementary breakfast. They had waffles, bagels, eggs, and bacon on top of many other things. They also had a juice bar which was pretty interesting. The lobby decorations were very nice and would definitely recommend staying here if you're in town. Only thing is that it is a bit pricey so if that something that works for you I would definitely recommend staying here. read more

If money was no object... sure, I'd stay at other places, but Springhill is on par with the top hotels in Jackson Hole. It's new and has a great room layout. Mix that with its stellar location, service, free breakfast (including hot items) and you have a reliable, relaxing home in one of the most beautiful cities in America. Location in Jackson is key. This property is a couple blocks off the main square. I have stayed at the very best properties here and SpringHill rates right up there at half the price. True, you're not going to find a restaurant on property, but you don't need it... everything is close by. They have free breakfast, pool, hot tub and excellent staff. Sure, I'd like to stay at the Cloud veil (which is stellar) but, why waste your money. This property will not do you wrong. read more

Could have been the best night of our trip, but was the worst due to horrid lighting design. The room was spacious and attractive, with comfortable beds, a good shower, and ample linen and toilet paper (a pleasant change coming from lodging in Yellowstone). For one person it could be a pleasant stay. The trouble begins when you try to sleep. At night the room is dominated by the large-screen TV, which I was unable to turn completely off (Edit: I was apparently too groggy to find the remote, which turns it off just fine but then you actually need a night light.) This provides an unpleasantly bright night light for the main room but is passable. When anyone goes to the bathroom at night the other people in the two queen beds are bathed in blinding light through the GLASS bathroom door. Without this one inexplicable feature the room would probably be fine but with four people in the room we were all rudely awakened several times during the night and were too exhausted to take the early morning hike we had planned. Equipment that might have helped but we did not have: a night light for the bathroom so that you don't need to turn on the light, or a sleep mask. read more

We drove 19 hours straight from Arizona to Jackson Hole, WY in our electric car. We miss calculated how tired we would be when we got there. We decided to go into the hotel lobby and check it out and see if there was a possibility for early check in. The lady working the front desk named Leslie was so helpful and understanding. She invited us to eat breakfast while waiting for a room to open up. We really weren't expecting to check in so early. After getting some coffee and breakfast Leslie found us and let us check in early. The staff was so friendly and nice even the ladies serving breakfast. The hotel is clean, crisp and modern looking. It's conveniently located in downtown Jackson Hole. We were walking distance to a cute brewery and lots of fun shops and restaurants. I would highly recommend this hotel and location. We had such a good experience there I can't wait to go back during ski season. read more

We got in really late and found parking in garage across the street. This city is cute and I wish I wasn't sick so I could walk around and see it better. This is my first time at a SpringHill so I didn't know what to expect. It's decor is kinda inbetween a Tru and an Embassy. The style of furniture and set up. The bathroom was super unique. I've never had a hotel bathroom sit long-wise with the door in the middle so you enter into sink vanity and have shower to left and toilet to right. Never have I seen a walk a closet that I recall. The desk area was interesting too....you can close the frosted sliding glass doors or you can open them to the beds. I absolutely loved the couch/pull out bed!!! Id love to have it for an Airbnb! Anyway, we enjoyed our sleep! Id probably check out another hotel just to have a different experience, but id recommend this hotel and would def stay again! read more

We wanted to stay in a modern, new hotel with an affordable suite with a King Bead as opposed to some of the older accommodations with only Queen beds in the National Parks and this hotel turned out to be perfect! The hotel was recently built and everything is clean and modern! They offer a free breakfast 6:30am-9:30am weekdays and 7:00am-10:00am weekends which has choices like bacon, sausages, waffles, fresh fruit (nice fruit like pineapple & strawberries), bagels, scones, yogurt, a variety of juices, an espresso bar, etc. It was better than most free hotel breakfasts. They also have a little store with snacks where we bought water & sodas (you can charge to the room). Luis checked us in when we arrived super late after midnight and he was just the nicest! He even brought us extra bedding and towels when he saw we had kids. So nice! Brian who works in the morning was also super friendly and remembered our names. We really found all of the staff very helpful! For parking you can park under the building or across the street in the covered parking (which we ended up doing since we arrived back at the hotel very late every night) and it was a super short walk literally right across the street and it was safe and well lit. The hotel is in walking distance to many shops & restaurants and a close enough drive to the National Parks (which was what we did). There are also pools & hot tubs in the center of the hotel. We had a room facing inward to the pools and it was nice and quiet. My only tip to be aware of is that the pull out bed in the King Suite (all nice new West Elm furniture) was a TWIN bed that pulled out underneath the sofa and we have 2 little kids so what we did was request extra bedding and made up the top of the sofa as one bed then the real twin pull out trundle bed as one bed and my kids switched off who got which bed each night which worked out! There is also a refrigerator & microwave in the room which was nice! Overall we'd stay here again and recommend it for clean freaks like us who like brand new, modern hotels. read more

I arrived at the hotel and soon realized I had booked for Jackson Tennessee instead of Jackson Wy. Brian at the front desk told me he didn't see my reservation, and I was quite short with him before I realized my mistake. Both he and his manager Matt were very patient with me. They worked with me to get me a room, first trying with some hotels in the nearby area, but when that didn't work out they helped find me a room here that worked 80% of the way for us. We were just grateful to have a room at this point. Matt said if we found a room at another hotel he would still let us come back here to have free breakfast with the friends we were traveling with, and use the EV Charger free of charge (no pun intended). Check in was a mess. Martin was working the front desk on the Saturday of X-Mas and seemed clueless. He never acknowledged my platinum status, tried to sell me on the fact that I was "upgraded" to a feather free room (WTF is that and why would I want that?), and didn't ask if we wanted help bringing our luggage up to our room despite having a bunch of ski bags. Needless to say, check-in was a 1 star experience and needs A LOT of work. The rooms are nice and spacious. The hotel is pretty new, so they are in good shape. More than 1 jacket hook would make sense though. Breakfast was mediocre. Expect typical business class hotel breakfast with powdered eggs, etc. only highlight was the surprisingly good strawberries. Relatively new, this was the perfect Marriott hotel in the heart of Jackson, Wyoming and in close proximity to the national parks. We stayed here during the summer in June during a Yellowstone/Grand Teton trip from a Sunday to Tuesday. We were able to check in early on Sunday at noon which was surprising since I thought sundays would be their busy days with people checking out. The hotel offers underground secure parking for $18 or there is a garage across the street that you can park at for free (not part of the hotel) or street parking. Hotel is located a block or two from the Main Street so walking around the town is do-able. Perfect to walk to shops, dinners etc. The hotel is also in close proximity from ski resorts, the Jackson Hole airport, and the Grand Teton national park. This is the ideal location! Hotel has your standard pool and gym (they even have a peloton!) breakfast was your standard SpringHill breakfast (bagels, bacon/eggs, yogurt, cereal, and more). Rooms were standard and were perfect with no complaints. They had TeaTree products for their shampoo, conditioner, body wash which I thought was a nice touch! Hotel was pretty pricey but it's peak season and worth it if you want a nice hotel with AC and with a good location. However we were able to redeem 60k points for this stay. I would definitely stay here again, perfect stay for 1 night! read more

First impression of staff at check in, not too friendly. 3 of them staring at you like you're bothering them and want you to go away. Let's just say, I've been greeted at other places much more warmly. But the lead was heard later telling another customer that she'll hold the room for them while they go check out the other place. Most helpful thing I heard her give a guest. The 2nd day, we returned from our hike in the afternoon. 2 different ladies were at the front desk. I says Hello, they just ignored me and said nothing. Hubby noticed that at 2 prior Marriott stays in Napa and Flagstaff, both teams were unfriendly. We were also given misinformation. We asked the AM desk person about late check out. She said it was OK. Hubby called again in the PM same day and the staff told him no. Hubby doesn't plan to stay at future Marriotts esp if you're paying over $300 a nite for mean staff Room on the 2nd floor was clean but dark as there's not enough lighting even with the window shade open. Sofa was dark and uncomfortable to sit in. A writing desk was helpful for reading. The air conditioning was loud but not obnoxious but the blowing noise kept me up. I turned it off and the room heated to 75 and I had to turn it back on. Not sound proof because you could hear the elephant upstairs walking around all day and especially at 6:20 AM. as well as hallway sounds. We were right next to the laundry room and couldn't really hear the 1 dryer but wonder what it would be like with all 6 going. They only have one washing machine. The shower is a good size not like the puny ones on cruise ships and they have done away with those small plastic bottles. Only big mounted bottles of Paul Mitchell tea tree pumps for shampoo, conditioner and body wash are in the shower. There are some toiletries- Qtip, cotton balls, Paul Mitchell lotion, shower cap and a very small bar of soap. A Keurig coffee maker is in the room with fridge and microwave but no safe. TV screen adjusts to move direction but awkwardly located to the side. They should've had the desk in front of the bathroom instead of the bed. The pillows are too soft but the bed is firm. Breakfast isn't very good but makes it easier if you're headed out. Diluted Juices, coffee, sausage patty, scrambled eggs, Pastries, cereal and oatmeal. I opened a carton of milk and out poured curdled milk. Coffee pots at the end of the day were taken away and the hot water thermos tasted like faint coffee. Not a good stay because of the poor service and poor attitude of the staff. If your interaction is minimal it's probably tolerable. But if you have to interact with some of the staff, it can be unpleasant and downright insulting as a paid guest. These folks are not service oriented and do not know how to behave in the hospitality field. read more

The elevator from the garage parking to the main floor stopped working when we returned from a hike. My wife and ten-year-old got stuck in the elevator headed to dinner. The manager said, "eh, it could be an hour" wtf? In a hot elevator? And as I preceded to call the fire dept, he said not to bother, "his engineer called the fire dept. BS. The elevators were out of commission for the rest of the stay. No apology, barely recognition the incident happened. This was completely unacceptable. read more

Traveler BEWARE! My husband and I stayed at the SpringHill Suites in May. After the trip when I got home I realized my designer handbag had been stolen out of my bag during my stay. I made immediate contact with the Jackson Hole Police and filed a police report, and then I called the hotel as well, and eventually spoke with the GM Matt Mueller. He was completely unprofessional, he laughed at me and made me cry. Never in my life have I been treated so poorly from a manager. The JH Police Dept. tried to get footage of who entered in and out of our room, and Matt Mueller wouldn't cooperate. Since then I have been back and forth with Marriott, their insurance, and the JH Police. At this time nothing has been resolved, and I am out a $2,0000.00 purse. This is very disappointing, and a traveler and a Marriott card holder to be treated this way. read more

The patio is great for lounging while waiting for your swimmer. Be forewarned, breakfast is crazy busy. We made our reservation 5 months in advance. Excited for our trip to Grand Teton. Due to a mixup with Marriott's Bonvoy and Springhill Suites computer system they canceled our reservation. We called and straightened it out. Then the morning of our arrival they canceled it again. After speaking with a incompetent hotel manager, we decided to move our stay to The lodge at Jackson Hole, which was a excellent hotel. They have a nice pool and hot tub as well. My room was pretty comfortable. My only complaint was the desk chair. I travel for business, so I always have a lot of work to do. Last week we spent a few days in Jackson, WY. We stayed at the Springhill Suites. It is a new property, only in operation for a few months. But they seems to be running at full speed. Check in was smooth. Staff was efficient and polite. Facility was clean and well equipped. Our room was nice, with good size and all the necessary items. Better than average gym. Free breakfast - though I strongly recommended going to breakfast places in town. The hotel is located near the town square, so it is centrally-located. Jackson has easy access to Grand Teton and about 90 minutes from Yellowstone. You can take advantage of Springhill's valet parking, but there is parking across the street. We really enjoyed Jackson and the spectacular area. And Springhill Suites was a great base for our exploration. read more

The rooms and hottub/ pool are nice. I'm giving one star for the breakfast which is atrocious. This is the worst breakfast I have ever seen at any residence inn, holiday inn etc. the waffle maker doesn't work and every waffle falls apart. The eggs look so fake and dry they resemble something used in shipping packages. The bacon was tasteless and paper thin, the next day the sausage was so dry it looked like something used to clean a bathtub. The fruit wasn't ripe. They dont have granola and the only cereal they have is cheerios and fruit loops. This may be a low end brand but this doesn't even meet that level of expectation. Furthermore they are charging upwards of $400 a night over the holidays, making this an absolute embarrassment. read more

This hotel is newer and is located close to the square. The hotel was clean and I didn't see anything that was not functioning correctly. The staff was nice and attentive. I found the bed to be very comfortable. There are two pillows for each side of the bed. I found the pillows to be too soft for my liking. Since there are two for each side on a queen I think a soft and medium firmness would be good for each side of the bed to accommodate those who prefer more of a firm pillow. The staff whom flip the rooms do a good job. The only issue we had was they let both rolls of toilet paper go empty and we had to call the front to have someone bring us more. For some reason they threw away our bar of hand soap daily in the bathroom that was supplied by the hotel. The shower was supplied with very nice tee tree smelling shampoo, conditioner and body soap. There was no bathtub which wasn't much of an issue for us. Parking was good and easy. They offer a place under the hotel if you want to pay 15$ a day? Or just across from the hotel is a free public parking deck. We always had an easy time finding parking there. The hot tub and pool were nice and comfortable! A nice spot to socialize with other visitors. There is a gym just inside from the pool area that is pretty basic but enough that anyone can achieve a good workout. Wi-Fi seemed capped at around 9mbps. Certainly fast enough for most browsing but I did find myself waiting for Facebook to catch up with my scrolling a couple of times. I believe they offer faster speeds if you are willing to pay for it. We used our Netflix on the tv in the room and had no problems streaming at the highest quality. The breakfast was good! Eggs nice and fluffy, lots of bacon, juice, bagels, coffee and waffles. The waffle batter needed more butter as they had a hard time holding together while removing them from the iron. They would crumble into pieces before you could get them onto your plate. One morning the coffee tasted so burnt we couldn't drink it. Not a big deal tho. Overall we enjoyed our stay! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this hotel to any visitors to the town! read more
