The pizza was delicious - not typically something you'd expect, but the dough was wonderful and the pineapple & al pastor was a great combo of toppings. The saltiness from the al pastor really helped balance out the sweetness of the pineapple If I had to nitpick, I think there was slightly too much cilantro as a topping, and it kind of overpowered the rest of the pizza. If I got this again, I'd probably ask for it with just a light layer of cilantro instead I'll definitely be back to try the Tejana, which is the refried beans and chorizo pizza.
