This place was on my places to visit. The admission was 25 per person just to get in. I bought three beers which came out to 33 dollars and they automatically charged a $6 gratuity fee. My tree bought a grinch themed drink that was $19 dollars. I felt like everything was over priced but those speciality drinks did have a strong kick to them. The music was loud enough that it felt like I was at a club. There are four floors and the fourth floor was quieter than the 2nd and 3rd. It wasn't the same vibe but I could hear what people were saying. I did like and enjoy all the details of decorations. There was a Santa walking around dancing and taking pictures. I would say it is worth the admission since you get plenty of photo opportunities. I do think they could have reduced the prices of their drinks but overall it was cute. Don't know if I would made a second trip but cute overall.

This Christmas pop-up bar in Times Square has endless photo ops! It's on the pricier side so definitely a one-time thing but it's Times Square during holiday season so I knew what to expect. Tickets were $36 for a Friday night and cocktails were $19. They had beer and seltzers too. The cocktails had different themes - I got one with coquito called bad Santa which tasted great but it wasn't very strong. I'd recommend the Miracle on 44th street instead it was much stronger and had a similar dessert flavor. I also got a drink called Buddy the Elf which was on the fruitier side, but it was purple and had an orchid flower in it so I think they just ran out of Christmas movie names because there was nothing buddy the elf about it. The drinks tasted good, but for $19 I felt it should come in something more exciting than a plastic cup - maybe a cute Christmas mug. There are 3 floors - the main entrance level, the downstairs level (which has a dj playing music and fun lights), and the upstairs level which has the seating area. We didn't sit or get food, we mostly hung out downstairs because it was the most exciting. Also, it was much faster to get drinks at the downstairs bar than the upstairs bar. I will say though, if you can't handle flashing lights and loud music this place is not for you! You'll also probably have to tell people to move a lot if you want to use a certain photo opp area. Overall this place was super fun and festive. But be prepared to spend money if you're going to drink or make a plan to pre-game/get drinks at a cheaper place after. I also would choose an earlier time or avoid weekends because I can only imagine how packed and cramped this place gets. Enjoy & happy holidays!

I have been wanting to go here since it first opened up because it was promoted like one big Christmas party but that it is not....or at least not on a Thursday night after work. I came here with my friends at 5:30pm for a reservation fee of $30. That doesn't cover food and drinks...it's just the entrance fee. This spot is basically one big photoshoot that has several different sets for the Christmas season, especially the first floor. I love a good photoshoot as much as the next person but it's hard to enjoy the food and drinks when there isn't anywhere to sit. You have to spend a lot of money to reserve tables or be quick to catch lounge seating. People were so desperate for seating that some of them remained seated on chairs that were part of the photo ops so we couldn't pose in all of the Christmas set-ups. The first floor had a dj and big dance floor but no dancing. My friends and I were repelled from that floor once we went towards the back and it straight up smelled like crap. I understand the bathroom was in that area but it didn't have to smell like the toilets were outside the restroom. I ended up ordering Bad Santa, which was a $24 dollar cup of Coquito with a splash of coquito. I couldn't drink it all because it was way too sweet. I also asked the bartender why the drink menu priced it as $19 and she was charginge $24. She explained that she was including taxes and gratuity...I bought this at the bar. In overall, if you would like to go to a bar that has many photo opportunities for the gram as the youngsters say nowadays, then I guess $30 is worth spending on the entrance fee.

This was different for me this year! It cost $50 or more to get in depending on what you wanted. The gentlemen outside were very nice to us! I appreciated their guidance and help. We found out that You could buy tickets online or purchase at the door. Once inside, we went upstairs to find a seat to eat. Seating is first come first serve. It was noisy but very festive inside. We loved the decorations and decor! After waiting about an hour we finally got seating. Shout out to the host that helped us out! I am ovo-pescatarian as well as dairy free (my stomach can't handle things like they used to) and was limited to about two item in the menu. Anyway, my other friends ordered different foods and drinks. The drinks were on point and very strong! The lemonade and pineapple juice were not good so I ended up sticking with water. For food, I had the Caesar salad wrap with no meat and an order of fries. The fries were $10 and served in a small to go container. They were good but thee should have been more. The wrap was bomb! I was shocked. Everyone else's opinions were that they loved the chicken sandwich but wished it were a bit more spicy since it said Nashville hot. The arinci balls didn't have the pull we were looking for. The wings weren't the best and the sauces were disappointing. After we finished up and paid the bill, we went to the basement to the party that was down there! Danced for a few and headed back to our hometown. SN: there is a lot of security here and I appreciated that! The stars are basically for the decor and drinks!

Came in with low expectations, given the reviews and that your ticket cost doesn't come with anything, just entry...and was pleasantly surprised! Sure, one of the security guys was a bit gruff, but everyone else working there that I interacted with was really polite and kind. The Christmas decor is out of this world. So beautiful and colorful. Music was good but loud, as expected. I liked the coquito drink, couldn't taste any alcohol though. My friend got one of the vodka drinks. Seating seemed to be first come first served so we grabbed a table as soon as people left. Really fun spot with tons of photo ops and multiple floors to check out.

The Christmas decor in this place is absolutely SPECTACULAR!!! I never seen anything like this , it's simply beautiful . They have plenty is photo props and plenty is space , there are at least 2 bars in every floor and the people are super friendly.. even the grinch was nice haha !! The drinks are a bit pricy , I understand this is considered a fancy thing however if you're going to charge $20 a drink make it a little more appealing and put some real alcohol in it .. Aside from that it is really a beautiful must see thing , but go for the decor and have a drink or two max .. we stayed for about 1-1/2 hours and that was enough . Also book the earlier tickets because later on it gets super packed and it gets a bit overwhelming so it takes away from the experience . All in all I would do it again just choose a better time . Oh and go on a weekday!!

I can understand why this place doesn't have the best rating. The decorations are beautiful, but when you look at their food and drink menu, there aren't many choices, and I truly feel that they missed an opportunity to include Christmas-themed desserts. My friend and I had the Mrs. Clause drink, and it might as well have been a vodka cranberry! That's exactly what it tasted like. The burger I ordered was pretty good. Our waitress (I think her name was Megan?) was really sweet and made sure we had everything we needed. She even helped my friend and I get a table pretty quickly! The music was cool. At some points, I felt like the DJ was kind of all over the place, lol, but the music was decent and it got everyone moving and in the Christmas spirit! The transitions were... interesting. Would I visit again? Maybe, not sure! It's great for photo ops. I'd say this is a great place to pregame with friends on Friday / Saturday before you go to your main event. BTW, everything is overpriced in Manhattan, so the prices for the drinks and food were typical.

Frosty's is definitely a fun one-time bar experience or stop on a NYC holiday adventure. It's an elevated holiday bar with 5 floors and endless lights and decor, but you can imagine the crowd in NYC during the holiday season. There are many spots for photos and a lot of space to just hang out. There is also seating areas and booths in the basement if you want to just sit and chill with your group. The drinks are good, nothing spectacular, but just average for $19 holiday drink in the city. I wish buying a ticket came with one free drink ticket or something, since entry was costly ($36 pp on a Wednesday evening) but a business runs the way it runs. It was definitely a fun holiday vibe, so I'd try going on a weekday at an earlier time so there is less of a crowd. They also have a food menu but we didn't bother after seeing how many people were around. Probably considered a tourist trap but honestly it is still fun and displays the magic of Christmas time. Overall decent experience but probably wouldn't come back again unless I was bringing someone to the city for the holidays. Many bars in NYC are decorated without a ticket or any cover fee needed so I'd probably end up going there. I will mention that the spiked hot chocolate burned my tongue. I should have been aware that it'd be hot but I didn't expect it to be such a high temp. The bar wasn't even busy at that time so I would've appreciated it if the bartender gave me a heads up. It was extremely hot and served with a paper straw that shriveled and fell apart just a few minutes after I got my drink. After that I just stuck to the cold drinks on the menu and they were all good. Regardless the bartenders were nice and seemed to be handling the random rushes well.

Yes, waiting on a line to get in was annoying but when I say the line moved really fast I meant it. We were probably on line for about 5-8 minutes. They check bags at the door and trust me they are very thorough. Honestly, it gave a lot of Christmas great vibes but it was so crowded. You definitely wasn't finding a place to sit down. But I liked that each floor was a different vibe. They have a lot of places to take pics but again it's so crowded. (Saturday night in the heart of Times Square) I waited about 20 minutes to get drinks due to how much ppl were there but not horrible I guess. The staff was very nice and the drinks were decent (not the best). Anyways I found a little more space downstairs and danced the night away for a few hours. Music was great. They played top hits and Christmas songs

In the heart of Time Square, Frosty's was a nice afterwork stop for the holidays. Didn't have any food and tried the eggnog cocktail which was just okay. Thank goodness they have a full bar so I just ordered my usual. The bartenders were very accommodating. This place is definitely giving Christmas vibes. 3 floors of curated holiday bliss. The DJ was good and played a mix of holiday and regular music. Security on the inside was a bit aggressive which took away from the experience.

loved it, had a great experience. the decor is beautiful and has 3 floors. the only thing i was disappointed in was the menu. they didn't have much and the prices were a little high. got chicken strips and fries and it was $21. and my friend got a drink at the bar and it came out to $23. i know i'm in nyc but both the drinks and the food weren't even that great to be that price. it was mostly for the decor and the experience and to be immersed in christmas. fyi you have to buy a ticket and its about $24

review is a bit overdue since i visited during the holidays but did NOT have a good experience. me and my friend had a reservation at Bacall's but our table wasn't ready so we were hanging around the bar. the bartender was so incredibly rude and the drinks are way too expensive for a drink that's pre-mixed. even when we went downstairs the other bartenders knew who were talking about. it ruined the experience for me. this is also def a tourist trap and i likely will not return.

I was so shocked by this place. Most of these type of holiday places are usually over hyped. My good friend and her kid were in town and we made reservations for dinner. Were seated right away which was great. They sat us on the 3rd floor. The whole place is filled with decorations and very nicely done. Our server was a little bit off and I expected someone who works in such a magical place to be a little more merrier or even seemed alive. However this was not the case. He was super dry but hey we came here for the decor not make friends with the server. We order the Rudolph drinks to start. The drink was just pure juice and barely had any alcohol if any which wasn't cool for $18. I recommend if you are coming here go with wine or beer to be safe. For my entree I had the beef short ribs and I was very surprised the meat was very tender, tasty and the portion was huge. It wasn't cheap but you are paying for the place. I loved how many spots they had to take pictures, like Santa's chair and sled. https://youtu.be/Zg21uC-uHpM

Everyone was attentive, welcoming, and genuinely focused on making the experience great. A special shoutout to Abel, our server, who made excellent recommendations based on our flavor preferences and helped us discover some incredible drinks. I stopped by Clemente Bar with a friend who was staying at a nearby hotel. I had never been to…read moreEleven Madison Park before and wanted to check it out, not realizing at first that Clemente Bar is a separate concept from the restaurant. We walked in without a reservation around 6:20 p.m., and they were able to accommodate us at a shared table until 7:15. The menu surprised me a bit. Since I associated the address with Eleven Madison Park, I wasn't expecting to see items like wings stuffed with sausage, which were done in partnership with Jungsik. We ordered those along with the mushroom burger and asked them to cut the burger in half for us. The cocktail menu was creative and a little intimidating, with unconventional ingredients like cream cheese and green curry. I went with a fruity Hendrick's-based drink, and my friend ordered the spicy green curry martini. Both were good. Mine didn't taste very strong, but it also wasn't overly sweet because there was enough bitterness to balance it out. The green curry martini was more adventurous but still worked. Service was mixed. There was a woman standing near us, so we tried ordering food with her, but she seemed hesitant to come over. Maybe she wasn't a server or was newer. For drinks, she brought over someone more seasoned, who quickly helped guide us based on our preferred taste profiles. Her suggestions were very good. The mushroom burger was the highlight for me. It was a little salty, but the crispy mushroom and soft bun were a great combination. I honestly wished I had more than half. The wings were okay. They were crispy on the outside and juicy inside, but coated in a Dorito-like powder that made them very messy. Overall, it was a good experience, and I'd come back, especially for the mushroom burger.
