I hate doing this because I haven't actually used them, but from the experiences I've had so far, I refuse to. Bellevue entered into a contract with this company since apparently everything is about money. I already have a preferred car service and was bothered, but didn't have a choice. I have now received so many phone calls asking about my trip/confirming it. The problem is, there is no trip. They call over and over and over because their system never seems to update. Just today the woman told me that I should call Medicaid to resolve it. No. Medicaid is not the problem. I logged into MAS every time they called. The trips were not there because I had to cancel or a doctor cancelled, etc. Lastly, and this may seem petty, but I don't appreciate being called "Mama". I know it is cultural, but when you work in a city like NYC, you must remain neutral. It is not professional. Every time I tell this woman I don't have a trip, she casually says "Ok" like it's no big deal. I have now blocked their phone number. I am disabled, and would rather take the subway and be in pain than deal with such an unprofessional company. Bellevue has no right to demand that their patients use any car service simply because it may be easier for them, and because it's cheaper. It doesn't even apply to my situation because I am not in a program or anything where someone has to arrange the trip for me. This is interference on a gross level, and I will not participate! read more
