Out of frustration I called the main office and was promised some free meals as an accommodation. That never happened. My final straw with them was the "reward points". I never saw them accrue on my account. Well over $300 worth. When I cancelled they all showed up in my point history as cancelled. I essentially lost a free order of food on the deal - they lost a customer. The people I train with suggested MegaFit meals and we have moved our subscriptions over for a trial run.
