Earatovereasy (E) was an adventure for the three of us and we really hit the jackpot with this restaurant! Our party used the "wait in line" feature, which makes it quicker to be seated. E has a cheery atmosphere and the tables are set farther apart for more privacy. Booth seating, too. There's such a vast variety of menu items but I knew immediately that I wanted to have E's Minte Criso sandwich, which was filled with ham and Swiss cheese and grilled like a waffle, served with strawberry preserves and a choice of sides. Son had original eggs Benedict and WoW the grilled slab of ham was so flavorful, as was the hollandaise sauce, he chose hash browns and a side of biscuits and gravy. I'm not a fan of the sausage in a pasty gravy, but this was very tasty sprinkled with fresh dill on a homemade biscuit with a flavorful mild sausage in a pleasing sauce. Hub had the southwest skillet topped with eggs that had black beans and a bunch of other ingredients so many he could only eat half of his skillet saved the remainder for breakfast next morning. I highly recommend E. The restaurant has a bar if you care to eat alone and also it does sell alcohol. A freshly squeezed orange juice mimosa was very tempting. Our server gave us excellent service. Calling all brunch fans! We dropped into Over Easy on a whim to find a new breakfast spot close to our home. Upon arrival, we were promptly greeted and sat outside. We love this time of year in Arizona! The inside, and the patio outside are nice, bright colors and were clean. The menu has a nice variety, we were curious if TLC was the channel or a show we had never heard of ha ha. I was trying to find the avocado toast from the pictures listed in Yelp, it looks like it has a mozzarella and some balsamic vinaigrette reduction. I wasn't able to locate that, so I ordered a different avocado toast that had whipped ricotta and sliced tomatoes on the side. My partner ordered the chicken fried steak. The food overall was pretty good. Avocado toast needed more flavor. After promises of lemon, oil, salt, and pepper, it didn't quite deliver. I was able to upgrade the seasoning myself to meet my taste. My husband said that the chicken fried steak was good, but he likely wouldn't order it again. The hashbrowns were perfectly cooked and the chicken fried steak was fine. He's more interested in trying the waffles or pancakes next time. Leidy was very attentive and friendly. She ensured that we were never without drinks for long, which can always be hard with iced tea drinkers. We would come back! Unfortunately the food was terrible. I ordered the corned beef hash and eggs. The corned beef smelled like a sour sponge. Definitely near spoiled. The manager did take it off the ticket and offered to make something else which I did not do. Spoiled food...lost appetite. My sister ordered an omelette which was just ok, but her potatoes were undercooked. She didn't mention the undercooked potatoes and took them home to finish cooking in her air fryer! Perhaps one of the biggest foibles of this place is the fact that you can't even make reservations. We got here on a Saturday morning and it was a 30 minute wait. I tried out their over easy iced cold brew (essentially a sweet version of their original cold brew) which was tasty (no refills) and a Churro French toast. Went on a Sunday morning, obviously during rush. We were a party of 5 and it seemed a party that came after us got seated before. Oh well. Only 2 small benches is waiting area or sit outside and wait for 35-45 min. Food was ok, it was too busy for our waitress to ask how everything was, or ask if we needed anything else. I had to ask for a refill while she was grabbing my completed dish. Ketchup was empty and staff never came by to see if all was good. It's just odd, servers may be busy but take time to ask customers if they need anything. I still tipped over 20% because I understand there are always other factors. My most recent experience here was down from the 5 star I have given before. I loved our patio table and the server was very nice, but much of our food was far from hot. My eggs Benedict ...the ham was not good and there was very little sauce. They brought me extra sauce at my request but it was cold too. Everything could have been acceptable if just served hot. I asked for a refill and it took 10 mins before the refill arrived. 50 minutes later our food arrived. We asked what was taking so long and the staff said they didn't prepare for such a busy Wednesday, which didn't seem to make sense since there were open tables and everyone was immediately seated. When our food came, they said the kitchen was backed up, but made no mention of that when we ordered and didn't apologize for the long wait. Fresh new place in my area. A friend of mine had driven buy driving the construction. We usually go out to eat lunch a couple times a week. What drew us there was my grandson likes loco moco. I had told my friend about this and he had seen their menu. Off we went to try this out. Both of us had never tasted this dish. So how was it? Both of us thought it was very good. There is a lot on the menu that still needs to be sampled. My wife and I will go soon. It's new. Very clean and orderly. Seating at the bar, patio, or tables. Lovely brunch spot con conveniently located next to a Sprouts market. There is ample parking and staff is very friendly and efficient. Because I am gluten-free. I requested toast and was told they do not have gluten-free bread. This seems a little strange since they have gluten-free options and no toast to go with their yummy eggs that were cooked to perfection. Also, I was given the option of a side of tomatoes that were apparently GMO and were tasteless. Amazing!!! We were looking for something new & different. As soon as we arrived, we could tell this was a good spot & a few groups were already waiting. We were ok with in or outside as they have a really cute patio with misters & after first being told 20 min wait (not bad) we were offered seats at the bar area stools instead. We took them. We were inside but it was also open on the other side to the outdoor patio. It was still very comfortable & service was fast. We ordered an iced cold brew which had amazing flavor due to a cinnamon cardamon syrup, a Monte Cristo, which was so good, it was amazing...and a Cuban breakfast type sandwich with egg that was also absolutely delicious. The service was amazing. Everything was very polite, friendly and what surprised me was they all were sharing responsibilities. If the greeter at the door was busy, someone else would greet the person instead of letting them wait. That is true customer service. All I can say about the food was I should have gone in there a lot hungrier, and I might have been able to clear my plate. We are really starting to make it a habit to stop in to Over Easy for brunch on the weekends lately. My husband and I were very excited to see a location coming to our side of town. I love the kids menus come with "wikki stix" that bend and mold in to fun things and keep our son pretty entertained. If you order off the kids menu, the meal comes with a drink and our son always goes for the M&M pancakes and devours them. I've gotten a few different breakfast dishes here but BY FAR my favorite is the Basil Melt. It's perfection in a breakfast sandwich - Basil Melt: Grilled signature bread, shaved ham, scrambled eggs, basil pesto sauce, sharp cheddar and Swiss cheese, with your choice of potato. I sometimes day dream about this sandwich. We also very much enjoyed their Banana Nut Bread, French toast. We have always had excellent service. We have sat both inside and outside. I love that they have a wrap around patio. They also have a small bar if you just wanted to get in for a quick bit and or beverage. I will say... if I had one complaint it's that I am not a fan of any of the adult beverages I have had. But I did enjoy their iced coffee. First time at this new location, WONT BE BACK! SERVICE: Depends on what you consider service! Our party consisted of 6 adults and two children. We were told it would be a 20-25 minute wait but it ended up taking an HOUR. Our waiter kept counting our head-count and seemed to struggle with how many of us there were at the table. Six adults, a baby and a toddler! Strangely, he kept repeating "so there's nine of you". We ordered our food and our order included 4 coffees. Now what if like to advise you is, if you decide to try this place then you must BRING YOUR OWN CREAM! The waiter brought huge cups of coffee but a tablespoon of cream for the entire table. We obviously didn't have enough so we asked for more cream and again received a tablespoon of cream! When we mentioned this we were advised that the "owner" requires each person a quarter of the container of cream. THEY HAVE A LIMIT ON CREAM! Ridiculous! We then discovered a hair in our food which was the icing on the cake! When we mentioned to the waiter and showed him the hair, his response was "looks like your hair" So overall we paid for meh food and terrible service!
