There was a hint of spice to it too! The biscuits were fluffy. The eggs were cooked perfectly to order. The bacon was crispy and again perfect. The potatoes!!! I don't think I have had potatoes that crispy, and were still crispy at the end of the meal! The pancakes were incredibly fluffy but still had a nice crisp on the edges. The sausage links too were so crispy, but not dry, so good! The prices were beyond reasonable. The biscuits and gravy was only $12.45 I think. The atmosphere was so relaxing and welcoming. My hubs and I decided to hop out of bed and head straight to Campbells for some good breakfast because no one wanted to cook lol! Our food came out so quick and was perfectly hot and steamy. I have never had their country gravy but now it will be a must, and same with the sausage links. It was pretty busy when I got here, but because I was by myself, I was seated at the bar. I decided to try their Campbell's French toast. It was really good. There was a lot of French toast pieces so I did have to take some home. You get your choice of meat or eggs I chose bacon. It was a busy day and I think it was hard for the bartender to keep track of my drink so it took a minute for me to get refilled, but it's OK because she was super nice and there was a lot of things in front of me so I could understand not seeing my drink. Overall, I think the service was really good. It was kind of loud in there, but it was a busy day when I left at noon. It actually cleared up a lot. Gonna have to come out and check it out for lunchtime next time I also like the whole ambience, it looks like you're really in a home. They have a lot of fun furniture. Great little restaurant in the West Valley not far from 4 Corners. Summer our Server was fantastic, grew up in the area as a young adult knew a lot about this location when it was a gas station, ice cream parlor and general store.
