This place is tucked away in a small plaza area in Factoria not too far a drive from Factoria Mall, and it looks like it's limited in parking until you drive deeper to reach the entrance of this place. Inside has some claw machines with some products I haven't seen before in other stores offering gacha stuff. There's also a hallway of street signs that make you feel like you're in Japan but are also bogged down by storage boxes and is just a hallway potentially leading to a restroom? Not sure, but there's only a couple tables with chairs inside so it's more ideal for one-on-one or 3-person hangouts. Menu has milk tea, smoothie, oolong and slush offerings and they also have takoyaki. I got their oolong tea with sea salt cream and added grass jelly as a topping, I got this at 50% for both ice levels and sweetness, and even that didn't really help with making the drink as great it should be. Salted cheese was really heavy in taste, and tea wasn't the best quality despite being very strong. Grass jelly wasn't satisfying to chew either, it was a little harder than what I would have liked. Not my go-to place, though it did catch my eye since I've already been to its other location in Renton. Good for quick milk tea, but not likely to come back. read more

Great affordable boba option in the factoria area! Super cute cafe!!!! Would be a great boba date spot! Cute wings art on the wall for a photo opportunity. Do NOT get the grass jelly here!! The drinks are expensive and veryy mediocre. I ordered a small mango green tea, 50% sweet, less ice, with grass jelly. The cup is smaller than you would think, and was filled with ice even though I ordered half. The drink was your generic mango syrup with green tea, and I could barely taste any of the tea. The worst part was the grass jelly, which was super firm (??) and hard to drink with the straw, and had basically no grass jelly flavor. Customer service was excellent, the tea attendant was helpful and quickly made my order of 16 beverages perfectly. I greatly appreciate the drinks and straws being securely placed in a bag preventing spills, and easy delivery (THANK YOU!!) Another plus is orders can also be placed online ahead of arrival to prevent waiting. It was just ok, nothing special:( It's very expensive in my opinion. I paid $7 for my drink expecting it to be the "normal" size cup, but when I got my drink it was half the size. Boba was hard and drink was too sweet, the sweetness was adjusted to 50% sugar. The store is spacious and sell cute cards and pins. The workers were super friendly and made the drinks quickly. I placed an order online for in-store pick-up, which was really convenient and easy. The online form allowed me to make customizations easily to my drinks, but you still had to pay in person. I ordered a guava black tea with lychee and reduced sugar and the guava flavor wasn't very strong, but the drink itself was good. The lid wasn't your typical bubble tea seal that you stab a straw through, but rather a plastic lid with a straw hole to the side. It's not the worst design, but because the hole is off to the side, it can make moving your straw around difficult. This place is conveniently located and has a shared parking lot, so I'll be back! read more

Anyways, instead of order the typical bubble tea, I decided to try their bubble waffle with ice cream. It took a bit for them to make but it was really good! I love the waffle texture, it was doughy and flavorful. It also went really well with the ice cream. Only critique I had was that I got the oreo flavor and really didn't get a Oreo taste. Service 4/5 - The staff is always helpful and kind. The drinks come out fast every time I've been there. Drinks 3/5 - I love that you have the option to customize sweetness. I would recommend getting 50 or 75% as it can be quite sweet. The tapioca is nice, chewy but I like it a little bit softer. My go-to flavors are almond or rose. I wish I could give this spot a higher rating but I did not enjoy the bubble tea here. I've tried the lavender milk tea and even the original flavor tastes very off. I can't quite describe it but it tasted too artificial and sweet even though I asked for only 70% sweet. I haven't tried the bubble waffle here yet but maybe I'll have to give it a try next time. I think the Renton location is better when it comes to the quality of the drinks. However, I do love the interior decor! Very fun for taking photos with the wall art. This was an old review in my drafts pre COVID. We were really impressed with this spot and were surprised to find it quiet on a Saturday night given the long lines at Happy Lemon in the Bellevue Square. We liked the industrial like interior and the very friendly service. We tried a strawberry bubble tea which was wonderful with its lychee jelly and two bubble waffles--a vanilla one and an oreo one. These were both great and reminded us so much of the yummy bubble waffles we had sampled in Hong Kong with waffle and ice cream. We can't wait to make a return visit soon! read more

Yay for egg waffles in Factoria!! This is a sparkly clean cafe offering egg waffles and boba tea. The egg waffle was just right, crispy on the outside and soft inside. Love it! There are a few number of tables, and there has always been a table available each time I have gone. I'd recommend the place as a casual and nice way to spend time with friends. Regarding the drinks, there are a lot of options available. There are fresh milks, milk teas, slushes, and other options. There are also many flavors to choose from--from rose, brown sugar, to matcha. I'm not a huge boba fan, but the actual drink I got (brown sugar with boba) was pretty good. I ordered 100% sweetness and would definitely get something a little bit less sweet. I think the place is pretty solid if you want some flavored boba in a convenient location.
