Such a cute hole in the wall!!! Has an incredible walkway that feels like a night market and plenty of cute games to buy. Also has an incredible menu. Super quick service, great music, quiet spot to enjoy a sweet treat

Great affordable boba option in the factoria area! Super cute cafe!!!! Would be a great boba date spot! Cute wings art on the wall for a photo opportunity. There is front end or touch screen ordering system. Plenty of merch to purchase and even cute claw game machine! Parking in front is free and easy to find. My drink was a standard boba drink and made me happy. Tasty and pleasant experience! Boba always makes me smile :)

The Bubble Waffle was very delicious. The service was very fast. A Boba Milk Tea and Bubble Waffle ambience.

Got classic milk tea with boba. Super disappointing. Has absolutely ZERO tea flavor to it and it's just water down. Waste of money. Will never return to this store.

Super friendly staff. Tucked away at the end of a strip mall Parking available right in front. Cute ambiance and little vending machines and trinkets for purchase. Want to try the Takoyaki next time I come.

Felt that it was over priced for what I got. My items seemed watered down. The flavor was very muted as if they didn't steep the tea/coffee very long. The service was great and it's a cute place but I'll have to pass on this one this time.

Thank be of my offices needed a midday perk up; and requested Over The Rainbow Tea Bar. The menu is filled with a a large variety of flavors. Customer service was excellent, the tea attendant was helpful and quickly made my order of 16 beverages perfectly. I greatly appreciate the drinks and straws being securely placed in a bag preventing spills, and easy delivery (THANK YOU!!) Another plus is orders can also be placed online ahead of arrival to prevent waiting. I will definitely add Over the Rainbow Tea Bar to my list of businesses to utilize for work purposes; highly recommended!

Cute boba and bubble waffle shop. I just stopped by for boba and was pleased with the rose milk tea. They have a screen set up for e-orders and service was fast. Limited seating available inside. The place is really cute and there is ample parking in the front.

It was just ok, nothing special:( It's very expensive in my opinion. I paid $7 for my drink expecting it to be the "normal" size cup, but when I got my drink it was half the size. Boba was hard and drink was too sweet, the sweetness was adjusted to 50% sugar. The store is spacious and sell cute cards and pins. The workers were super friendly and made the drinks quickly. Parking was easy, there's a parking lot.

I placed an order online for in-store pick-up, which was really convenient and easy. The online form allowed me to make customizations easily to my drinks, but you still had to pay in person. I ordered a guava black tea with lychee and reduced sugar and the guava flavor wasn't very strong, but the drink itself was good. The lid wasn't your typical bubble tea seal that you stab a straw through, but rather a plastic lid with a straw hole to the side. It's not the worst design, but because the hole is off to the side, it can make moving your straw around difficult. This place is conveniently located and has a shared parking lot, so I'll be back!

I was in the area and wanted dessert so yelp and found this place nearby. This must be a new location as I been to the Renton Location before but never heard of it here. Anyways, instead of order the typical bubble tea, I decided to try their bubble waffle with ice cream. It took a bit for them to make but it was really good! I love the waffle texture, it was doughy and flavorful. It also went really well with the ice cream. Only critique I had was that I got the oreo flavor and really didn't get a Oreo taste. It was mostly vanilla. Portion to price was also very good. Overall, definitely would come back to get more bubble waffle when I'm in the area

I think if the technical execution were slightly more refined, this would be a Park Hyatt tier breakfast. I do appreciate that the staff are very friendly as well. Duck and Waffle - Combination that works well as a simile to Chicken and Waffle; the maple almond cream adds an element of complexity, and the jamminess of the poached egg pairs well here. Avocado Toast - Healthful breakfast with lots of greens and classic cafe style comfort of avocado, salmon, poached eggs, and bread. BLAT Sando - Hearty breakfast sandwich carried by the emphasis of bacon. Great dish for someone looking for a more substantial meal. Crab Cake Toast - Heartier take on the classic salmon avocado toast. The crab cake is well mixed with an intriguing crab salinity. The tiramisu pancakes were the standout of the meal and worth trying. Unfortunately, the rest of the experience didn't quite live up to the food. The staff was friendly, but the service was noticeably slow from start to finish. The restaurant was busy, though not so crowde. The dining room also feels a bit dated and uninspiring. It's quite dark, with no windows or views, and the dark furniture adds to the somewhat gloomy atmosphere.

Like you can just see and taste how important this establishment is to the owner. You can tell they care about their customers and their business! I really appreciate a good meal! I was reading the complaints about a server but I might know what is being explained. I settled on the Mt Olympus toast with an extra slice of the PNW since I couldn't make up my mind. I also ordered the Belldens White Mocha, which was not overly sweet surprisingly. As I sat and ate, the place received plenty of customers who also chose to dine-in. Service was great, atmosphere was beautiful. You are expected to bus your own tables, common at small coffee shops. I street parked on the west side of the building, requiring a slight climb up the hill back to my car. It was free though, so no complaints! I would return to "work from home" or if I was in the area and looking for a cute bite. In total I paid $36, not including tip.

She ADDED to the meal experience and was so social! The wait staff, two young guys, were great as well. Ever watching to remove plates but not abrupt! I NOTICE everything so saw them keeping attention to when to clear. Most would probably not notice them. The choices were GREAT! Beef, Chicken, Seafood, and vegan! We had the Korean Cauliflower! It was so good! The flavor, the spice, and cauliflower. Just a great appetizer warm up. My other half had an old fashioned and said it was THE BEST he has had and he travels the WORLD for business. I had the Shrimp linguini and he had the Chicken Parmessan and BOTH we EXCELLENT. So many big shrimp and I WANTED to but COULD NOT finish all the pasta. Save room for DESSERT! We got both the Benginetes (sp) and the Vegan Banana Coconut Dessert and we are NOT vegan. BOTH were to die for! We do NOT eat like this normally, but made it a special dinner being between our Birthdays (16 days between). Like ooyie, gooyie DONUTS with a great cinnamon highlights, and an amazing Banana on graham crackers with a wonderful non-dairy Cocunut creme. It was smaller so not really sharable, yet PLENTY for ones entire dessert. The place is spacious yet has cozy, private areas, as well as the bar and and events area. The price was as expected for Seattle/Bellevue so not shocking. The meal and location was WORTH the $200 (with a GENEROUS tip and an alcoholic drink). There was a corporate even in the other half and we saw the plates of food being served. It was great! They seemed to enjoy their corporate dinner there.

This was while the place was practically empty, so I'm not sure what else could have been occupying their time. Second, I ordered the pork shoulder stir fry which wasn't bad but had several large pieces of pure fat & gristle in it that I felt a high quality restaurant would have taken out of the dish. It's indicative of lazy & careless food preparation skills. Also, the basmati rice was very under-cooked...some pieces were even crunchy. Lastly, after leaving the place, I realized that I accidentally left my sunglasses there. So I called later that evening to inquire if they had found them. I discovered they route all incoming calls to a bot that instantly made me feel unimportant and unappreciated. What's worse is it tried to connect me with someone in the restaurant, but kept looping back into its own messaging narrative. What an absolute PITA. This enables me to make a broader point: Restaurants have to get it through their heads that cutting costs has negative impact on customer experience, putting the lifeblood of their business into jeopardy. Take the widespread adoption of QR code-based menus during COVID...how many restaurants do you know actually switched back to real menus after COVID passed? The answer is very few. The reason why? They are too stingy to pony up the dough and ignore the benefit to the customer experience. They figure, 'people already know how to do that so why spend the money on printing up menus anymore?". They couldn't care less about what customers might actually enjoy more, and that's the real travesty. If restaurants are going to force their customers into a self-serve model (as so many have nowadays), then why bother tipping anyone? I am so fed up of a world where the idolatry of wealth has surpassed the appreciation and value of real, engaging human experiences. The Central Bar + Restaurant could help reverse this course if they ever decide to they put customer experience first instead of their own profits. UPDATE: Added one star because they actually had my shades...went ot go pick them up today.
