It never disappoints. Don't Yell At Me in Bellevue is located at Bellevue Galleria as it has its own small building in the middle of the area by the water fountain. Though the space is small inside, there are some tables and seats inside but plenty of space at the Bellevue Galleria to have your drink at. My colleagues and I came here for a drink and were pleased that for my friend's birthday, they allowed him to get free toppings for his order. I ordered a mango smoothie with the cheese foam and loved it! The fresh mango pieces were refreshing and the cheese foam has that salty goodness to contrast with the sweet fruit. I'm always pleased with whatever drink I get at Don't Yell At Me. In addition to drinks, they also sell Japanese sandwiches and some merchandise. I'm a fan. read more

This is certainly the most unique Don't Yell At Me location, consisting of a little standalone building fully enclosed with floor to ceiling windows. The bobarista station is situated right in the center, and there are full walkways with seating surrounding the center in a circular pathway all around. While they don't have dedicated parking, there's limited street parking in front and free 30 minute retail parking in the Bellevue Tower Garage down the street. Traditional Milk Tea, Less Ice, 50% Sweet, Lactose Free Milk w/ Golden Honey Pearls ($6.85) -This drink has a pleasantly strong tea flavor. It's very nicely sweet (not from the sweetener) and has a robust earthy and herbal flavor that kind of tastes like liquid grass jelly. Quite pleasant, and stronger than what I remember receiving from other DYAM locations. Too bad the boba is mediocre. The pearls, small transparent golden balls, are sweetened well in honey, but are far too firm to give a great chew or bounce. Definitely undercooked, albeit not rock hard. Never been to one of these before, and we only wandered in during the Bellevue Arts Fair because the name caught our eye. We thought we were about to get a caffeine fix... surprise! Turns out it's a boba spot. Since we were already there, we decided to grab a snack and hang out for a bit. They've got Hong Kong-style egg waffles for about $5, plus an assortment of desserts like Japanese dessert sandwiches, egg tarts (a few looked a little on the "extra toasted" side), and boba tea in more variations than I could keep track of. If we'd been hungrier, we probably would've ordered more, but we settled on the egg waffle. The space itself feels almost like a bonus add-on to the building kind of a big kiosk and I saw the running supplies over from the building next door. There's a small seating area by the pickup window, but most people seemed to take their orders to go. Our waffle took a long while to come out, but when it did, it was perfectly baked warm, crisp on the outside and that perfect chewiness on the inside, ideal for snacking as we continued exploring the fair. If you're driving, parking nearby might be a bit of a mystery, but if you're already on foot around the Bellevue Galleria, it's worth stopping in for a boba or a quick treat. read more

This was my first time at this new location and I have to say, it's pretty nice. They Definitely redid the place well. I'm not sure if this is only at this location but they have sandwiches here and other desserts like basque cheesecake and all are made in house. They even had little samples for you to try which is nice. I got the ham and cheese sandwich and a pistachio basque cheesecake and a chrysanthemum wintermelon drink. Everything was pretty good and priced reasonably. The people there was also nice and helpful. The place is a little small but there are some standing rooms in the back with a view, so that was nice as well. Overall, I would come back if I'm in the area. read more

I have been to several Don't Yell At Me boba shops in the area but never this one because the parking is challenging. (I don't think they have validated parking, not sure) It is a standalone booth at Bellevue Connections by 106th. I had my first visit here thanks to the Bellevue Arts Fair. There are a few small tables inside and outside also. When it is a nice day, it is pleasant to sit outside. I would not count on sitting inside, though. I have always liked their beverages, finding their tea flavors to be flavorful (milk black teas) or crisp & clear (non-milk ones) while their prices are fair for the quality and size. For this visit, we had their Pink Lychee Smoothie with cheese foam on top. There are bits of lychee at the bottom. It is a refreshing drink on a warm day. I visited Don't Yell at Me on a Saturday night and enjoyed my drink. I always like to get Mango Green Tea as my baseline drink when I try a new place. Overall the tea quality was very good and not too sweet, though the boba/tea ratio was a bit off. The staff were very friendly and the drinks came out quickly. Pricing was pretty standard for boba in the area. There aren't a ton of places to sit inside, which is definitely a bit tougher to deal with in the colder weather, but there's plenty of nice areas to walk nearby. This Taiwanese Boba place near Bellevue Square has great Boba. it's a shore walk away from Bellevue square. I recommend after watching a movie at Lincoln Square or shopping at Bellevue Square that you make the short walk here to enjoy a drink. There was a considerable line, which took an hour total to get our drinks (yikes) but bogo? I got the jasmine milk tea with golden boba which I already know is yummy. 25% sweet is perfect for me, and I love that they go even lower (15 and 0). Important note though. Got a basic honey oolong tea and a mango green tea, both were under $5 which is pretty rare pricing these days for Bellevue. We had the buy one get one offer today (9/29). We ordered the mango cheese foam, osmanthus milk tea and strawberry cheese foam. I also asked if they could put half cheese foam at the bottom of my cup and another half on the top which is so nice. We got the sweetness level to 50% but it still pretty sweet so you can go down more to 30%. The location is in downtown Bellevue and parking wise very hard to find parking.
