Today there was a buy one get one of a new drink, the golden oolong yuzu, so it was especially busy. I got the Triple Supreme Matcha Latte and ordered on the heytea app instead of waiting in the line to order. After placing my order, the app said there were 50 drinks ahead of mine in the queue, and about a 20 min wait. Staff were accommodating of my reusable cup and were, after some initial hesitation, able to serve my drink in my glass tumbler instead of the plastic cup. I've only had Heytea once before, but I've heard good things about the quality of the tea since they opened. There was a minimal line when I arrived, which was so nice since it was midday (prime boba drinking time). Last time I tried the triple matcha and today I got the coconut mango blue (which is the same as the coconut mango boom but just blue). I liked the sago in the drink and could easily tell there was real mango in it. The blue was a pretty color, and it was one of the main reasons why I chose this drink. I think it's a good choice for coconut fans (which isn't necessarily me, so it was a bit too much coconut personally but I set my expectations accordingly). The first drink I tried was a triple matcha, and I really enjoyed the matcha flavor. It had three different elements and forms of matcha in the drink, which was really cool and tasty. I'll definitely need to get that again in the future and try other matcha drinks. The highlight this time was the service. There were probably only 3-5 parties in the store, and I would assume in-person orders would get some level of priority since the customer is physically there, but that was not the case here. On the board tracking orders, there were 3 in store orders and maybe 15+ online orders at one point. It was kind of disappointing seeing all the online orders pile up just to sit on the counter for a while when we were physically there waiting for our drink. They validate parking in the garage so make sure to bring your ticket to the shop. Overall the drink was good although more expensive than other places.
