The salesman said the $500 deposit required to do a test ride WAS refundable. But when I got there the paperwork said it was not refundable. The salesman's attitude was "you sat on the bike and liked it so why would you not buy it?" My response was and is: you don't really know how a bike fits you and how it performs until you ride it. Furthermore, the test ride is limited to 1.3 miles on a local road with a 45mph limit. I did end up buying the bike and had it shipped to me. When the bike arrived, the battery was dead. I had to charge it to get it started. About a week later I texted, and called and spoke to the salesman to ask if he could tell me if the oil had been changed before I bought the bike. He never got back to me with the answer.
